Beautiful little cottage on homestead just 12 minutes from Qualicum Beach. Come connect back with the land and walk the gardens on this quaint little farm. We have Nigerian Dwarf Goats to cuddle with and many free-range chickens. We offer farm tours and fresh coffee. Lots to explore in the area and a quick drive to the beach or old growth forest. It has its own patio with table, chairs and barbecue, and a view out over the fields and the forest. Nestled on 13 acres, The Lazy J is home to our alpacas, horses, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and well-kept place! The surroundings are calm and full of nature — we spotted rabbits, tortoises, and enjoyed the soothing sounds of wildlife. The property was very clean and cozy, and the gazebo with the campfire setup was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, nature-filled retreat with great hospitality!

Rachel’s place was perfect for our one night stay. Communication & instructions were excellent. It was very clean, nice & new, and well thought out. Attention was put into the details - nice shampoo/soap/lotion, nice towels & bedding, coffee, treats, fridge had a separate freezer compartment. Super location, close to Cathedral Grove, so we went early in the morning & had the giants mostly to ourselves!
