Great place in Hillcrest, not loud at night yet walkable to fun spots and tons of restaurants!

We loved our 6 weeks at Katrina’s place. We wanted something in the heart of a vibrant part of the city with great restaurants and this apartment was perfect. We found a ton of great restaurants, were less than 1/3 of a mile from Balboa Park, and the apartment was just as described. We also loved and felt very safe with the locked parking garage. Highly recommend.

Great location, most everything we wanted to do was within a 5-mile radius. (Balboa Park, zoo, USS Midway, Coronado). Grocery was within 1.5 miles. The space in the casita was well organized, comfortable, and efficient. Kitchen had everything we needed, fridge w freezer, toaster oven, washer/dryer and detergent. Great soundbar for enjoying music. Very comfortable bed. Great shower, and lots of natural light in the whole space. Street parking was not a problem. We felt very safe, nice residential neighborhood. Co-hosts Jane and Ian were very kind, welcoming, and responsive. We would stay here again if we ever get back to San Diego.

My husband and I had an amazing one-month stay at Morgan’s Airbnb in San Diego! The space was perfect for our needs, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, which we truly appreciated for a long-term stay. Having a dedicated parking spot was such a luxury, making it easy to get around without the hassle of finding street parking. One of the highlights was the office space—essential for working remotely. It was a quiet, comfortable setup that made productivity a breeze. Plus, being within walking distance of so many fantastic restaurants gave us the best of both worlds: cooking at home or exploring the local food scene on foot. Overall, the location is unbeatable, the space is thoughtfully designed, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can’t recommend this place enough!
