This a great home base for an outstanding stay in North Park. We loved the small backyard for our dog! The house was cozy and extremely comfortable. We slept so well all three nights of our vacation The location is amazing. It’s a short walk to dozens of restaurants and bars/breweries. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Dan and Britt’s place was amazing! Very well decorated, clean, and Britt was super fast about getting back to me on a question I had! The only thing is that this is not a super quiet spot, but that is no fault of the hosts, that is what you get for being in the city, and they did have very large dividers in the backyard so even though you could hear your neighbors, you could not see them. Overall a great deal for the price, would definitely stay again!

Brent’s place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again! It’s in a great location close to lots of restaurants in South Park and my favorite coffee shop Santos coffee :) Their home was beautiful inside and out with a great yard space for the doggies!

Stayed here while celebrating a good friend’s marriage. Very close to anywhere you want to go in San Diego and walking distance to a couple good spots and grocery stores. Would book again! Oh also they were kind enough to leave cookies for us!

We enjoyed staying at Veena’s place. It was easy to access and check in was also easy. She had a pack n play for us to use. She was so kind to let us check in early when our flight landed in the morning. Would recommend.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with all you could want. Close to the harbor and in Little Italy. The garage was tight but very convenient in such a busy neighborhood. The roof top deck was a great place to chill and watch the planes landing at the airport. The primary suite was two stories up from the living room, very private and comfortable with access to the rooftop deck. Just be aware you will have a number of steps to navigate to get there, but it’s worth the trip.

Loved this spot. Great for 2 couples. Amazing outdoor space. Kitchen is FULLY stocked! Parking. Comfortable, very clean, and homey. We stayed for three nights and had everything we could need. Would 100% stay again. Beach supplies were greatly appreciated. Hot tub was a treat. Outdoor seating area was extremely comfortable. Laundry was high quality and super helpful. Didn’t have the opportunity to explore the neighbourhood much, but easy access point to the city as a whole. Great communication from the host, and very much appreciated flexibility and accommodation. Thank you Mari! Hope to be back one day.

This was our second stay at this property. It was so great the first visit, we wanted to stay here again. The location is amazing! So close to Liberty Station, which has great restaurants, bars and shopping. Also a short drive to Little Italy. The property is dog friendly, and our 2 German Shepherds loved it! The yard wraps around the house and is fully fenced and safe for dogs. It's a very nice and clean casita set back from the main house, so there is a lot of privacy. The hosts are always very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Brian and Carla were great hosts, they were proactive and responsive to all my questions/inquiries. They allowed for early check-in and provided clear instructions. They reached out during our stay to see how we were doing or if we needed anything or had questions. The stay is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We were able to walk to Mission Beach to enjoy the cafe and walk the park. Highly Recommend for a SD getaway.

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

The location is a ten minute walk to the beach. There’s a sprouts three minutes away and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with a very great host. Very kind people. I would definitely stay again.

The pool was great! I wish the kitchen had had a few more supplies/necessities -- but other than that, everything was lovely!

Julia’s place was everything we hoped for and more—exactly as described and just as beautiful as the photos. We came to San Diego to run the Rock and Roll Marathon, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. Being within walking distance to the start line made race day smooth and stress-free. The home itself was clean, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. Our kids felt right at home the moment we arrived, and they especially loved the projector—it made movie nights feel just like being at the theater. Nestled in a lively neighborhood near Balboa Park and a great selection of restaurants, this stay truly made our marathon weekend unforgettable.

We absolutely loved our stay! Apartment was great and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect! Little Italy has a great vibe and lots of lovely breweries, restaurants and bars. Would thoroughly recommend!

place was as expected as described. kitchen. had all utensils and cleaning supplies. shower worked great, and tv access easy for movies. There were toys and books if you have a child. we were able to drive to Balboa park and zoo super easy. 5 min away. mission beach 12 min drive away, and old Town sd 7 min away. lots to do and see. Ralph's and trader joes accessible by walkable bridge 2 blocks away.

We didn’t realize this place has an awesome backyard! Private and cozy. Great place for an evening cocktail! Easy walk to restaurants and Sunday farmers market!

Jay & Judy were amazing hosts! Their apartment space was so cozy and perfect for our family. Our kids and dog loved having the fully-fenced backyard to run around in. Jay & Judy also went above and beyond, providing such a welcoming atmosphere for us. There were pastries for us to enjoy, as well as flowers and wine to help celebrate our anniversary. This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!
