Monthly Rentals in High Springs

Unfortunately we were BADLY burned (victims of genuine fraud) on another rental website, so we were very nervous reserving on this website. Online reviews looked good and family in the local area checked out the place. The experience was TOPNOTCH! Could not have asked for a better host. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Plenty of linens, dishes, available W & D, 2 refrigerators, wifi connection, keypad entry. Steven was in constant communication with us and we appreciated his concern for us to have a great stay. Will definitely stay here again if Steven will have us.

We booked Rosy’s place for a quick weekend trip to paddle the Santa Fe River. It smelled great when we opened the door and her place is exactly as described. Everything was well stocked, and the coffee/tear bar was a lovely touch. We loved it here and would certainly stay again! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is at an intersection with some road noise but didn’t bother us. There is a gas station right across the street if you need anything. This house was everything we needed for our stay. Half hour drive to Gainesville.

We loved our stay here in this small Florida town away from crowds but close to the Santa Fe river and a bevy of georgious springs. Really cool older home that has been nicely updated and had lots of everything we needed including coffee and teas (nice touch). The screened front porch is a great place to relax in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.
