Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, a nice king size bed , spotless throughout with beautiful surroundings. Angela was extremely friendly and flexible. I wish we'd booked a few more nights here.

From our welcome, which included home made scones and a fresh pot of tea served to the accommodation, we were made to feel at home. Very helpful and easy to talk to!! Some great suggestions as far as places to eat out and where to buy locally made and sourced foods. We’ll definitely revisit to this corner of The Lakes again. Wish we’d booked another night!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Joel was an excellent host sorting out a small problem we had and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house is lovely plenty of space for a family group and great amenities. Would highly recommend and hope to come again in the future.

Ideally situated for the southern Lakes. We stayed for eight nights as a family of four and was the perfect base. Pub is a fovr minute walk, fantastic walks from the front door and easily accessible for Windermere, Beatrix Potter’s house and plenty more. We would have no hesitation in recommending and would happily stay again.
