Perfect location. Amazing views. Everything as advertised. We loved walking down the beach ( 10 mins ) to the local restaurants and bakery and using it as a base for hikes.
A spacious dining area features a wooden table set for up to seven people, surrounded by simple wooden chairs. Large windows provide abundant natural light and offer views of the lush garden and woodland beyond, creating a serene atmosphere.

East View Cottage

IlliaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great place within driving distance of the Lakes. All as described. Places was tidy, and even had shampoos, handwash, towels, and a quite a few sundries in the kitchen that really helped. Nice to have a backyard to sit out in the sun, and the dining room has the most comfortable armchair to read in. There is a delay for hot water to heat up (not a biggie, just requires a little planning), and was a little bummed that you can hear some car noise in the backyard when relaxing. But that's on me, as you can see that on the map. Very grateful for the stay.

Two Acres- Spacious, delightful, pet free bungalow

BrianRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a very peaceful weekend. The patio area in the garden was lovely just to sit and look across the fields. The cottage was immaculate and very spacious rooms. Stuart the host was such a kind person and couldn't do enough for us making sure we had everything we needed. We will be returning in the near future.

Frosthwaite farm The stables

JamieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Superb stay, suits people who are after a peaceful, relaxing environment. Accommodation is adjoined to horse stables but we had no noise, that interrupted our stay. The accommodation is a generous size with private aspect to the garden. The only slight negative is the kitchen utensils are minimalistic. We would have no problem in recommending Helens to friends and family, and feel that we would love to return. Many thanks Helen.

Meathop Hall, Studio 1

TrishRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I stayed here for two nights with my husband, as we had friends staying in the caravan park next door, so within walking distance. Everything about the studio was exactly as advertised. It wasn't huge, but not a squeeze either. There was brew kit there and a most welcome little jug of milk in the fridge. We didn't use the hob, microwave or air fryer, but they were clearly all clean/ new. We were able to park right next to our room, which was great! All in all, I'd totally recommend this place. I only needed to contact Lilly once and she was most helpful. Thank you.

Holiday Bungalow in Arnside

RobbaniRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great place to stay with loads to do locally and short drives away. Phil's place had ample space and amenities. The area is peaceful and quiet. Includes a good spot to park your car. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. There were also plenty of cleaning products available for the washing machine and dishwasher, as well having access to a barista machine with lots of options for coffee all for free. The few sticking points we had: the bedding in the main bedroom double bed was a bit crinckly and the living room area wasn't as spotless as I was hoping with dust and dog/pet hairs on the sofa, dining table chairs and floor, although it was easy to broom/hoover these areas myself. Overall it's a great place I'd highly recommend.
The exterior of the cottage is characterized by a stone façade with red brick accents. A small covered entrance is framed by lush greenery, showcasing a blend of climbing plants and ivy that envelop the front, enhancing its charming country appeal.
