Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

We felt very comfortable with Tomi. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Tomi is a superb host; always responsive and helpful! Beautiful his garden with trampoline, swings...! Great that our grandchildren were able to use it! We will be happy to come back!

The property is quietly located and, if necessary, also easily accessible by train. The apartment is simple, but still excellently equipped. Highly recommended for hikes in the Fichtel Mountains.

A very nice place, feeling like home. Hannelore and her husband have been extremely nice, friendly, helpful at any time for anything. The house is cozy, perfectly clean and with everything you could need. The surroundings are peaceful and walkable if you want to be immersed in nature.

Vanessa told us everything necessary for check-in in a very friendly time. Nothing could go wrong. She also gave helpful tips on restaurants and public transport. The apartment is huge, light, clean and quiet. My daughter immediately liked the opposite playground. I find the "beverage service" particularly worth mentioning. We would definitely come back.

We stayed with 8 people (3 children and 5 adults) over Easter at Eva's place. There we found a wonderfully furnished apartment with plenty of space for so many people. This home is one of the best we have stayed at. First and foremost Gabi was incredibly responsive and helpful, additionally her English is fantastic! The home itself has amazingly beautiful views with a walking path right outside. The home is new so it has all of the creature comforts one needs. The appliances are all top notch, the floor warming was a treat and I even learned how to bake in the German oven. I also very much appreciated the colors in the bedroom. The beds were very comfy and we got very good sleep due to the peacefulness of the area. We will be going back here again for sure!

This property has been recently renovated and is in brand new condition. we stayed for 6 nights over the Christmas period. The house was very warm and there was lots of space for the 7 guests in the house. The host was very responsive to any requests we had. It has a washing machine but no dryer which can be an issue when trying to dry clothes in winter. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept very well. There are 2 showers which helps when larger groups are staying here. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
