Just in the middle of the countryside, now in the city: Hattingen city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, Bochum-Linden is also only 4 km away and the Ruhr is even less.

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with a 180 x 650 box-spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living room consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
