Es befindet sich mitten im Grünen, umgeben von einer idyllischen Landschaft, die zum Entspannen und Erholen einlädt. Für alle, die eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Gemeinschaftskrankenhauses suchen, ist unser Haus ideal gelegen. Wir laden Sie herzlich ein, bei uns zu übernachten und die erholsame Atmosphäre unseres Fachwerkhauses zu erleben.

Just enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. Very close to the city center of the beautiful little town of Herdecke. The city is within walking distance in 10 minutes without major inclines. Very centrally located on the Ruhr Valley hiking and cycling path. The apartment is barrier-free and in a current modern condition. You have your own parking space right in front of the apartment. There is a lockable bicycle storage room right by the house, especially for bicycles!

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Beautiful and very quietly located green apartment

Offer very nice and quiet yet central "green" apartment in Herdecke. Shops are within walking distance. Why is our house and apartment GREEN? We generate more electricity per year through our PV solar system than we actually consume for heating and cooling. We heat our domestic water via an air/air heat pump. The heating and cooling of our house and apartment is done via an inverter heat pump air conditioning system. The environmental concept is in the foreground.

The 1Step2AllStars tree house (about 23 m²) is nestled in green surroundings in a quiet residential street just 2.5 km from the center. From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

The newly renovated centrally located apartment in Essen Katernberg with free Wi-Fi is a 5-minute walk from the Zollverein World Heritage Site (9 km from Grugahalle). Calling all stork fans and nature lovers! This newly renovated and modern but cozily furnished property is located in the green Schwerte-Geisecke. Surrounded by the Ruhr meadows, on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, you will be able to spend a relaxing time here. As a special highlight, you have a direct view of a stork nest a few meters away. At the right time, the stork couple can be observed here during courtship and breeding.
