Great location, several supermarkets and shops, beaches, restaurants nearby, a beautiful promenade to the center of Herceg Novi. The apartment is cozy and spacious, but the kitchen is a bit small for full cooking. Maya is a very good hostess, always ready to help. The apartment has one minus: opposite the main road along the bay and with the windows open it is noisy

Great stay, the property has amazing views and is very picturesque. Its in a small inlet by the sea. you are 10 metres from the water. Its a special place. Host was also very helpful.

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

This apartment and its setting was truly heaven. Watching the cruise ships and boats pass in and out of Kotor bay both day and night was a feast for the eyes. The apartment was a home from home with everything and more you needed to prepare meals. It was within walking distance to restaurants shops supermarkets and the old town of Herceg Novi. The host responded quickly to any queries we had and gave us loads of useful information. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Montenegro.

The view is great, it offers panoramic views of the entire bay. As a neighborhood, it was quiet and peaceful. It can be tiring for those who don't have a car because the location is located in an area with steep ramps. We had no problems because it was our vehicle. It was also quite close to the beach and with families. The host's communication was very good, he greeted us with a nice face. The house was as it appeared in the photos, the air conditioning was sufficient. They prepared a park bed for our 1.5-year-old baby, we were very pleased. The host was also very helpful to pay for our tourist tax. Thank you for 3 days.

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

This apartment was perfect for my trip. It was spacious and bright. Had a lovely garden area to sit outside. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Shower was great. I really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed there for 4 days and Marija made sure I was comfortable. The Airnbnb itself was exactly what I expected and the view of the pool was amazing, as was the easy access. Marija herself was a fantastic host who always supported me when I needed anything. She provided me with info about the city and activities, and any time I had a question I simply messaged her on What's App and she replied almost, if not immediately All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay in Podi The Villa is as described in the main with lots of facilities and equipment. Pool area lovely and clean Aleks was super helpful and provided lots of tips on where to go and visit, restaurants etc. Couple of minor points worth mentioning - only the top two bedrooms have air conditioning- the lounge dies too. The upper bedrooms have fans Also the local beach is not a few minutes walk away, rather down very windy roads and steep inclines. About a 7 minute drive yes. Otherwise the hosts were fantastic as me we very much enjoyed our stay at Podi

Lidija and Milo were wonderful hosts that were always happy to help us with anything we needed. We were amazed by their hospitality. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful considering the view from the terrace. Milo even offered to prepare our fish on his barbecue so we had a lovely evening with the hosts on our last day. The house is located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood but in walking distance to everything that needs to be seen jn Herceg Novi. Prepare to walk up steep hills if you are without a car like us.

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

It was just the perfect get away. Super friendly and very helpful we did not wanted to leave.

The house is a great option for those who want a quiet and peaceful holiday. The host is a great person and also took care of all our other issues that were not related to the house. The sea was very clean. The house had no parking problems and it was easy to check in.

An apartment with everything you need, well furnished, everything was present. Nevena was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large terrace is not on the apartment itself, which is 2 floors lower. Location is top to explore the Kotor bay, fortunately a lot quieter than in other places around the bay. The only downside is the very busy track in front of the building, you have to cross it to get to the beach/ water. A big advantage is the garage for the car with charger for an electric car. Nevena goes above and beyond to give her tenants a top stay!

A very large, spacious house where my family of seven and I were very easily accommodated. Great garden. Andrei also allowed us to grill meat there. Close access to the beach, you can walk in the evening towards Porto Novi. We had an exceptionally pleasant experience, thank you very much Andrei!

Mirjana was very hospitable and helpful. Nice private parking area and clean place. There is a platform beach area to access the water and chairs/umbrella provided, we chose to go to a new beach bar a couple of minuites drive away.
