In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Between Bourges and Gien, the cottage La Bouinotte du Berry is ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature. This is an accommodation for 8 with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with single beds. Spacious and serene house, quiet in the countryside. 5 minutes from Dampierre en Burly power station and 20 minutes from Belleville power station. Ideal for a family, colleagues,two couples on weekdays or for a weekend or vacation. Bedding is new. Sheets are included but towels are not included unless requested. Beds are made upon arrival.

The Cottage du Port

The house is a pretty workers cottage on the towpath sandwiched between the canal basin and the river Loire on the Loire à Velo cycle track. It is picturesque, comfortable and quiet with the bakery, butcher and épicerie within walking distance. We have recently installed a bike stand.
