Lovingly renovated 1960s bungalow in an absolutely quiet location surrounded by 1,000 square meters of natural garden. Living area: Living room (42 sqm) with adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms (14 sqm each), bathroom, toilet and entrance hall. Living room with dining table for 4 to 6 people and sofa bed (150 cm). Direct access from the living room to the terrace (20 square meters) with a generous seating set. Bus to Vienna (city limit 3 km/center 20) runs every half hour. Two supermarkets on site. Just five minutes into the woods.

My stay with Christine was very nice! For the short stay outside of Vienna, the AirBnB is great for getting out, in the area there are many trails for hiking, and the place is practically and factually in the middle of the Vienna Forest. Christine is a very pleasant and accommodating host, with good local tips and flexibility. Clear recommendation:)

Nature & city - on the edge of the Vienna Woods

We had a two-day stopover in Vienna. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations. There were two of us traveling by bike and we found everything we needed to be happy. Key handover was smooth and with safe no problem and above all we were super flexible in time. Amenities and cleanliness were top notch. Since we belong more to the nature faction, the accommodation was perfectly located on the outskirts of the city. We were not able to try out all the descriptions of the leisure activities due to the shortness of the stay. Christian's instructions are nicely summarized in a folder. The apartment is super big for two people (room for one more would also be), we felt transported back to the living room of the in-laws :). We will gladly recommend the accommodation and Christian as a host.

I took my daughter to on a special birthday trip to stay in this treehouse for a weekend, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was just as described and we felt safe and comfortable while enjoying an adventurous setting and beautiful hikes nearby. For those interested in this place, it's important to know that the walk from the parking spot to the house itself is quite long and steep, and you will need sturdy shoes (and minimum baggage, if possible). If doing any cooking, I would also recommend bringing food in well-sealed containers. We did have some ants in the kitchen (understandable, in a treehouse!), so I stored almost all food in the refrigerator to keep it safe. If the guest is well-prepared, this is a wonderful spot. A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.

Rustic loft and nature

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments. There are only a few that feel like home. This was one. It hurt to leave. It felt great to spend time there. Perchtoldsdorf is a super charming town. You can walk to the right of this apartment and go into a little downtown, its cute shops, marvelous patisserie, and all the Heirigen. Or you go the other direction and go up into the hills for wonderful walks. This is a truly heavenly stay that I will never forget. If you visit, be sure to eat at Il Tramezzino.
