Simple and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Cabin for rent of about 50 m2. The place is majestically located in Nord-Aurdal municipality on top of Fødnesvegen. You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. Choose whether you want to cycle or walk along the road, on trails or in the heather or on the bare ground, or where you want on the snow in winter. Or just sit and enjoy the panoramic view. Olavstøga is a two-storey log house from 1840. We have spent a good six months renovating the entire house inside. Here you will find all modern facilities, but all in the old style, so you get a good, old-fashioned atmosphere in this old, venerable house. Outside there is a large porch with dining area.
