Fabulous Family Lake House on Eden Isle

Our Fabulous Family Lake House is located on Eden Isle, a 400 acre resort just outside of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Eden Isle is surrounded by Greers Ferry Lake. Our home is close to (.5 mile) Eden Isle Marina and a short (2 minute) drive from the Red Apple Inn & Country Club. It includes a romantic (gas log) fireplace, a large gazebo with a big screen outdoor theater set up for "movie nights", a cascading koi pond, and beautiful grounds that are drawn indoors by our home's extensive windows.

A cozy living area is highlighted by a stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove, surrounded by a series of decorative woven wall hangings. A tufted leather coffee table is centered between comfortable seating options, with a TV visible in the background.

This architecturally designed house sits on top of Eden Isle on a lush private lot where you can watch the birds, fox, and deer while sipping your morning Joe or evening cocktail. Early morning walks rate a 10! The property side yard is suitable for bocci ball and volley ball (fun!). There are three bedrooms, including one king room with an en suite bath.

Driveway is long enough for a boat/RV. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 bathrooms, 2 with walk in showers & 1 with a combo tub/shower. Three king bedrooms (two masters!)plus bunk room that sleeps four.
