Just a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood access point into Greers Ferry Lake, Heber Hideaway is your perfect lake retreat! Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Crockett's escape treehouse is an amazing lodging experience with a 180- degree view of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Waren’s house was a great choice. Not only did we feel at home-so did my pup. She got to enjoy the spacious backyard. I grew up in Heber and specifically chose this home because of how close it is to Sandy Beach—literally a walkable distance. The inside looked just like it was pictured. Waren was very responsive and helpful for our stay. 10/10 would recommend this house.

10/10. The view can’t be expressed virtually. It’s beautiful! I stayed for a weekend recharge and it was perfect. Timothy was amazing and easy to communicate with. Things I did in the area: 1) Collins Creek Trail 2) Trumpeter Swans (Nov-Feb) 3) SugarLoaf Mountains If this stay is available, book it. It’s a great find.

This cabin is the perfect getaway. Very convenient to Eden Isle. They were perfect host and very responsive to any questions that came up. Beds are comfortable:great linens. Covered deck with new Weber charcoal grill was nice! 2 things to note is to bring your own spices and your own wine opener. The kitchen is well appointed with all the appliances needed though. We look forward to staying here again!

Breathtaking Views from Dawn to Dusk

The view is STUNNING! The listing photos do not do it justice. We spent most of our time on the patio overlooking the lake. It's about a 20 minute drive to everything. There are neighbors, but you do not see them and have all the privacy you need. There is plenty of space for a family or several couples to split. The bird watching was great, we even spotted a few eagles. The home and yard was clean, they have games for all ages, a media room in the loft, and beautiful landscaping with Japanese Maples. The ONLY thing "negative" we could say was that the bedrooms did not have coverings (no blinds or curtains). So, you'd wake up when the sun comes up before 6am in the summer. Which is also a positive so you're not sleeping away the daylight. But if you need some sleep, bring a sleep mask! Aside from that tiny little thing, this home is top notch and we will stay there again. The host is also extremely kind and responsive! Book it before it's not available anymore!
