It is in a quiet neighborhood nestled between 2 wooded lots & has neighborhood lake access. This 3 BR 2 BA vacation rental has a fully equipped kitchen & dining area to seat 9 and an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill overlooking a tranquil large shaded yard with a swing, picnic table and fire pit.

Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! The covered dock is available for fishing and if you bring a boat you may use the dock to shelter it. THE CABIN IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!
