Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Heacham

We had a great few days here in the Easter Holidays, and this has probably been one of our favourite airbnbs that we’ve stayed at. The accommodation was lovely, light, airy and very clean. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were nice. The garden was also quite large with a great view and imagine it would be a nice place to spend time in warmer weather. Location was also great being fairly close to the coast and various attractions as well as having Fakenham only 10 minutes drive away with various supermarkets. Julia was a very responsive host with any messages and we appreciated the cookies and the kids appreciated the sweets that were left out. Overall would highly recommend and would definitely visit again

Lovely quirky house in a perfect position for Norfolk coast. Walk to the abbey perfect for dog walks. House has everything we needed. Summer house perfect for sundowners, curling up reading books and playing cards with our kids.

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

Really enjoyed Ann's place. It was really clean and neat. we enjoyed the stay and the location . It was so peaceful. Slept well all 3 days. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend the stay here.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Super thoughtful hosts provided lots of extras for dog/babies etc. Comfy beds, new large towels (something you don’t always find!) decorated really nicely. The place was clean, warm, well equipped, loads of hot water and a great shower - you don’t often find this in holiday cottages! Really easy walking distance to town, the beach and also the big Tesco. Super responsive and helpful host - very kind and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful and homely- great accommodation! We stayed here for three nights with our friends - so in total four adults, three children and a baby and we kept losing each other! The garden is huge and many a game of hide and seek was had. We also had a great Easter egg hunt! The house had absolutely everything we needed and was so comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy and everyone slept amazingly apart from mama and baby, ha! The village is beautiful and peaceful and we found the supermarkets about a 15 min drive away had everything we needed. Highly recommend the beach at Old Hunstanton, and the adventure playgrounds at Pensthorpe and Sandringham! We reluctantly left and may very well be back again! Loved it!

Lovely house, with a lot of nice touches and generous provision of the minimum ingredients for cooking, tea, coffee, fresh milk left in the fridge and toiletries, which was a nice surprise. Practical access and easy to park around. Julia was responsive and accommodating when we requested to arrive a bit earlier than planned. Many thanks!

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

My mother and I came here for a Monday to Thursday stay and we absolutely loved it! it's setting is fantastic as you are in the centre of Cromer and a few steps away from the beach front and promenade! the home furnishings were amazing and spotless, the bed was so comfortable I could've stayed in it all day! the kitchen was beautiful and very big with more than enough room for the two of us. we found the kitchen floor to be quite sticky but everything that we needed was there so we sorted that out without issue. we would definitely stay here again!!

We had a lovely stay at Angie's Airbnb. The location was great, super close to the town and the beach which was perfect for our family stay. Sheringham was a traditional seaside little town which we all enjoyed. We had great weather which also helped! The flat was much bigger than it looked from outside and was plenty big enough for the 5 of us and our dog, and had everything we needed for our stay. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here, and would recommend to friends.

This was a lovely place to stay, comfy bed, very clean and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you'd need. Excellent location too, nice and quiet but close to shops and the sea.

Such a wonderful place to stay for the few days we were there. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops, and walkable to many sights and landmarks. David was extremely attentive and accommodating and offered local recommendations for food, etc. would 100% stay again in the future. really made our stay in Norwich special.

We stayed for 4 nights with Helens caravan. This was by far one of the most loveliest caravans we been to as a family ! It was super clean and very homely. To the point that Helen and Paul had left us some sweet treats, milk,fresh Bread and snacks even sauces in the fridge ! You could have thought of something and it was there !The caravan has linen and extra towels, washing machine, air fryer and coffee machine . It really was home from home. The children loved all the game and dvds and thr large tv.the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we slept in that wasnt a hotel. The area is lovely and great for dogs and children alike. Beautiful natural area and swimming. many choices of places to eat and things to do ! Helen was always available to talk to and this trip she made us feel very looked after, i was greatful for all your help on our trip. So happy i booked and will definitely love to go again just for the caravan alone. Hope to see you soon in the year.

We had a fantastic stay here over the Easter weekend. Helene was so helpful and very responsive when we had questions. The location is excellent and just a short walk to town. The place is even better than the pictures in my opinion! Very spacious and cosy. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely place the setting was gorgeous we all had a fabulous time thankyou so much for mum& dads hamper that you left us ! The hot tub was just right all in all was a lovely break for us all & the dogs loved it aswell!

Extremely clean and tidy caravan, very well equipped in a great location which felt private as was in a secluded place on the site. Very much enjoyed the veranda for watching the sunset and catching the last of summer sun, a short walk to the beautiful beach for dog walks. Several local restaurants/cafes in walking distance and lots to do in the area. My only improvement would be to provide bed linen and towels but would definitely stay again.

Just the best way to welcome in 2025! The house was so warm and welcoming - and the best equipped kitchen ever!!! Such a joy - felt right at home, space for the family and what a sociable kitchen/dining area. Fantastic.... Location in Heacham is great - we drove to various beaches to walk the dogs and everywhere was very accessible. Never stayed in such a dog friendly house before - even equipped with a dog shower! Lots of really thoughtful touches like covers on the sofas so we could relax and so could the pooches! Definitely recommend Holly House and hopefully we will be back!

We were a family of 4 plus a labrador and the home was very spacious and light. The area was quiet and peaceful and as dog walkers, we enjoyed the local nature reserve. I would recommend Marc and his property, because communication was good and the home was spacious and clean, plus it had board games, which we enjoyed playing.

Stunning house and location. ideal for our work trip and hot tub and pool table added some evening entertainment.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

A lovely stay, in a lovely house. Perfectly situated for being right in the middle of town, which our boys loved as the weather wasn’t great this time.. so the amusements got a fair few visits. Lovely kitchen and great for the extended family we had come with us. Christian was so accommodating with us having a young son with diabetes and travelling with insulin. Lovely welcome pack too, which was much appreciated. Thank you !

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.
