Lake house vacation rentals in Hayden Lake

Beautiful place, we enjoyed kayaking on the lake beside the cabin and traveled 1 hr over to the Hiawatha for a biking adventure. Beds were comfy and Eva was a great host, very accommodating with changing dates and an early check-in. Very steep driveway but it didn't cause us any issues in the summer. The road it's on is not very busy.

Laura & David have a great place! They are quick to respond to questions and help out if needed. It was a great weekend, and beautiful lake!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

Beautiful place, amazing location, 5* amenities. You will make lifelong memories here. Waking up in the master bedroom with the view was the highlight of our day! Sauna and hot tub were great addition to the lake access and many kayaks available. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying here and it’s our favorite place in the area! Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and all of the amenities you could want. It perfectly housed our family and my brothers. We loved the fire pit in the chilly evenings, soaking in the hot tub, paddle boarding (we appreciated the use of two extra paddle boards provided by our hosts), and the close proximity to Sandpoint shopping and dining.

We had a great stay, loved the area! We took walks around sunset along the river which was beautiful. The place was very clean and comfortable!

Had the best lake weekend here! This is one of those places that you want to gate keep so the word doesn’t get out, but also that wouldn’t be fair. Buddy’s place had absolutely everything you could want for a weekend at the lake with your favorite people. Multiple times throughout the trip we were surprised with what was there and commented how prepared and ready this place was. The mattresses were also very comfortable and there is nothing like having your own dock! Thank you for a great stay!

Katharine went above and beyond, making our family’s Christmas stay a wonderful experience. She furnished the home beautifully with tasteful Christmas decorations and comfortable furniture. She had also put up a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. She personally greeted us with a basket of cookies, and she showed us the important details about the house to make our stay pleasant. The house had just about everything we needed for a wonderfully memorable trip. There’s room inside the house and outside on the grounds to spread out. Lots of places to explore for kids. We very much appreciated the serenity and quiet, which we have at our own home. We loved seeing a bald eagle fly by several times daily, beside the geese, ducks, and loons. If we are ever this way again, we would stay here in a heartbeat.

The space strikes a perfect balance between cozy and modern, with beautiful natural light and stylish decor throughout. Vince was a delight and we loved how close it was to the lake—perfect for a quick walk to catch the sunrise or unwind by the water. But the real highlight was the private sauna and cold plunge setup. It felt like having a personal spa right in the backyard—such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the host made everything easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-designed spot with great amenities and lake access.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with 3 generations. Three nice bedrooms with private baths, plus a half bath off the kitchen gave us each our own space. An open kitchen, living and dining area made it perfect for being together. We made good use of the large, eat at island with comfortable chairs. My 89 year old father-in-law especially appreciated the swivel chairs with arm rests to help him get up and down with ease. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, but it would have been nice to have more plates and forks, so we didn’t have to wash them between each meal. The kitchens up and down are both large and clean. We brought all of our food for three days, so we had plenty of room to store stuff. My son, wife and two year old daughter were in heaven with the kayaks, row boat, paddle boat and two person paddle board. They even talked us old fogies into getting out on the water. It was a chilly weekend, so the hot tub was great too. Hope to return!

Mandy's home was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have the basket of toys for my daughter to play with. I highly recommend this place as it is clean and walkable to many restaurants.

It was an overall great place. We loved the location and how friendly the house was. It was amazing for our dogs, even had a doggy door. location was amazing! We walked up to Sebastian’s and it was the best coffee in town! We just wish there were some washcloths! Emily was very responsive and helped out when we couldn’t get the doggy door open! Loved this place and will definitely be back!

By far one of the best places we had stayed in, peaceful, relaxing, tons of space for all of us and the host is VERY kind. Definitely appreciate the approval to be able to rent out the home when we had given a short notice.

We loved this place! It was beautiful, peaceful, and very well taken care of. It felt like they take pride in this home and really thought of every little detail for things we might enjoy or need. We loved the hottub, the kayaks and access to the dock, and the cozy bedroom. The description of the property was well written and everything matched what they said, if not better. As long as you read their details about property location and such, you will be really happy with this place! If we find ourselves in Northern ID again, we would definitely rent again!

Plus being well-appointed, the home is spacious, trendy cute, and laid out so well. We would highly recommend this home to our friends and family - and anyone reading this!

Tommy was very responsive when a couple things popped up. He made sure to correct everything immediately! The beds were very comfortable! Great outdoor space! We had a party of 6 with 3 kids and grandma. Grandma got her own room, mom and dad had their own room and kids had their own space upstairs, with their own bathroom, which made them feel very special! Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during a recent work trip with the family. The house was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and very homey. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, and we especially loved the charming little neighborhood—it felt peaceful and safe. The only thing we wish had been provided was hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, but that was a minor detail in an otherwise great stay. We really appreciated being able to stay here and would absolutely come back!
