We were looking for a home with lots of space for a family and a dog and Karina’s house was the perfect spot as we were able to book the cabin room so that we could have space and quiet for a young baby. The space is large and flexible for a family and the garden is a beautiful place to relax. Karina was a great host: friendly and helpful when we needed anything and she even baked us a welcome cake :)

Love our stay at The Pavilion! Such a beautiful location and so warm and sunny. Very fortunate to be able to bring my pup along too. She played in the garden and we took strolls down to the stream and the short walk to feed the chickens. I will definitely be back!

Great location close to restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for our family of five – spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a large TV, board games, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Despite the hairy weather, the house stayed unexpectedly warm thanks to its solid concrete construction. Highly recommended!

Parking good, just a brief walk to lake, shops and restaurants. Apartment was very quiet and just lovely and relaxed to come back too. There was only one thing we had a problem with although not insurmountable was the fob entry into apartments with having only one and 5 people going off in diffirent directions each day we had to do some planning for entry into the complex, I think possibley there was an intercom system but we did not look into that as only 3 days stay and very busy time for us all. But would definitely stay again.

Thanks for hosting us when we visited Napier. A beautiful, well appointed, clean and tidy apartment with absolutely stunning views, the apartment had everything we needed and more. Very secure, safe and quiet and secure carpark too. Will happily rebook when we return to Napier.

Noeline is a very sweet lady and great communicator. Her home is impeccably clean and neat, the bed was very comfortable the private bathroom was spotless and the views of the Lake and mountains are great! I highly recommend Noelines lovely place.

Karina's accommodation was cosy, comfortable & homely. The bed was extremely comfortable with linen sheets. Karina is a friendly, warm person & very welcoming. Her garden was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. We stayed for 3 nights & after being out each day, looked forward to returning to our little 'sleep out' - it felt like 'coming home'. The house is set on lovely grounds with ample activities for the children: tennis court, swimming pool and a table tennis table in the garage. The inside of the house is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Although a teeny tiny imperfection is the absence of a microwave oven, this does not detract from the overall charm and functionality of the house. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.
