The cosy living room features a wood-burning stove, enhancing the warm cottage atmosphere. Christmas decorations go up the first week of December but can be arranged earlier on request. Craigieburn garden bothy is a glamping-type single room bothy in a lovely 6-acre garden in beautiful Moffatdale, a great location for walkers and cyclists. The garden has woodlands, waterfalls, wildlife and exceptional planting for you to roam in. The bothy has no mains water or electricity so is a real alternative experience, with separate flush toilet and washing facilities. Otherwise all home comforts are provided with double bed, kitchenette and wood-burning stove to create a cosy atmosphere

The house is a two minute walk to the Town centre in the historic town of Hawick situated in the lovely Scottish Borders. Hawick is renown for its stunning natural park and cashmere industry. The town is an an ideal base for exploring the stunning Scottish Borders, a golfing, fishing and cyclists paradise.

Cedar Cabin

A spacious timber cabin built 8 years ago. In a very quiet location amid the fields and woods of our farm, situated in the garden of my home and off a private road leading only to the farm. Cooking facilities are microwave, mini-cooker with two rings and oven, slow cooker, frig and sink. Beds are made up as king size unless singles are requested in advance. Pets are welcome. The Cabin has its own garden securely fenced. Garden furniture with sun loungers, table and chairs and charcoal BBQ.

Freshly renovated flat in Hawick with perfect location to explore Scottish Borders. Very spacious, bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. Fantastic views, log burner and traditional features. The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.

Fairule Cottage is a semi detached bungalow located in a lovely quiet scenic spot. The house was fully renovated during 2019 with a new bathroom, beds, bed linen & all kitchen equipment. The quiet village of Bonchester bridge located 2 miles away has a lovely village pub offering delicious home made food and a beer garden. Local towns of Jedburgh & Hawick are 15mins away. Both have supermarkets, butchers etc... Lots of activities of families locally - just ask for details on booking.

The Cosy Flat in Galashiels

The Cosy Flat offers a delightful blend of modern amenities and homely touches, ensuring a memorable stay in the Scottish Borders. Accessibility Information: The flat is a two-level maisonette. Entry to the property involves a set of stairs, and there are internal stairs connecting the two levels. The toilet and bathroom are located on the first level, while the bedroom is on the upper level. While many guests find the layout comfortable, it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

The Wren's Nest

Next to our wood drying store, hidden away down a private track, this secluded "tiny house" has amazing views of hills and river. Great for walking and cycling. Or just enjoy the total peace and quiet, and dark skies at night. Facilities: adult size camping bunk beds, small kitchen, electric heater, shower, outdoor dining area and "civilised" composting loo. Good phone signal. Fire pit - 1st box of wood free then £6.00 cash for 2nd box. Separate summer camping available at extra cost.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Heart of the Scottish Borders a hide away bungalow, spacious open plan living room and separate double bedroom and bathroom in an elevated position, far reaching views, no traffic, light and well insulated with lovely walks, ten miles from station to Edinburgh (1 hour). Nearest pub and cafe within 1 mile. Shops in Selkirk 5 Miles, Others in Hawick, Melrose, Galshiels, Jedburgh and Kelso Lots to see and do. Good for stars on clear nights.
