This place offered our own little sanctuary within the city. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and located near a number of restaurants and bakeries. We didn't spend much time in the lovely garden because we were always out and about. We walked to most of the local attractions but there is also a metro station close by that will get you there quickly. Salome's father was kind and very helpful answering all our questions.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous sommes venus pour découvrir Paris en famille. Nous avons utilisé les Uber taxi pour les déplacements très pratiques et pas excessif niveau tarif Le logement correspond à l'annonce et le système sans clé est aussi très pratique

Es gibt keinerlei Gründe oder Punkte, die uns gestört haben könnten. Meine Familie und ich waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Gastgeberin. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris kommen, würden wir gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft übernachten. Die Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat, war der Ort, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen um die Parksituation machen mussten. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, dass das Auto sicher ist direkt vor der Tür steht.

Je viens de passer une semaine dans le logement, j ai ete acceuillit par le papa d Axelle sociable sourrire chaleureux et tres clair sur les intructions, la petite maison etait propre et bien equipee, la cour interieure est un + ainsi que l emplacement pour garer son vehicule. Je recommande vivement ce bien. Je ne comprends pas du tout les deux avis negatifs sur 57, je pense que ses personnes sont vraiment de mauvaise fois. Gros Merci Axelle pour ce bien exceptionnel a prix raisonnable.

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

The house is absolutely amazing. The location is very nice, close to the transportation, to the grocery stores and to the park. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of stuff, so we felt us very comfortable with the babies. There are plenty of games and toys for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a great night rest after the long walks in Paris. I liked very charming backyard and quietness of the house. I am very grateful to Taous as he helped us a lot with our luggage on the last day. It was a great pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend his house!

This place was perfect for our Paris trip, location is everything and this place has it! Close to a metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everything me, my partner and sister needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and clearly has done this many times, check in was super easy as was checkout. Would 100% recommend

We had a lovely stay Friday to Sunday at François apartment. We only really used the apartment as a base to explore Paris and for somewhere to sleep, the apartment was clean and well equipped and had good local transport links. It takes about 30-40mins to get into central paris by bus. Bus 72 will take you right by the Eiffel tower and bus 52 takes you to Arc de Triomphe. François was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. Thank you François

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Is it indeed a peaceful haven – quiet, clean, with many amenities for a longer stay. As others have mentioned, it is very well located to the Robinson RER B train station for quick and easy access to Paris. In addition to good options for bakeries and grocery stores, there are beautiful parks nearby for those who enjoy long walks. Nathalie is a perfect host – welcoming, informative, and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement était chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût – je m’y suis sentie comme dans un véritable cocon. Tout était beau, propre et confortable, avec un lit vraiment douillet. L’hôte a été adorable, très sympathique et d’une grande gentillesse. Petit plus que j’ai beaucoup apprécié : le petit déjeuner offert, une attention délicate qui fait vraiment la différence. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir ! 🤗

Vi nød opholdet i lejligheden. Rigtig god beliggenhed ift metro og indre by. Lejligheden er ikke stor men rigtig godt indrettet. Godt tilbud til prisen

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Host was great. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as you see in the pictures. The neighborhood is very quiet and a nice area of Paris. I really can’t say anything but positives about the host and the apartment. We had a wonderful time.

とても静かで過ごしやすい家です。Enzo-sanは到着した日にお水やコーヒーなど買い揃えてくれてとても親切です。テレワークで部屋で過ごす方や自炊する方にはピッタリです。今まで20区内に拘ってAirbnbを利用してきましたが、この家はほぼ16区なのとボーヴェ空港やCDGにもタクシーですぐなので便利です。 素敵なホストです。皆様におすすめします！

Week-end découverte de Paris famille 4 personnes. Appartement parfait. Emplacement idéal à 5 min à pieds RER, Métro (ligne directe tour Eiffel, Louvre... résidence très calme l'appartement donne sur un jardin et air de jeux, pas de véhicule, très calme, en impasse. Parking sécurisé et large. logement tout équipé, draps serviettes. Le quartier est top, sécurisé, propre. Restaurant, centre commercial en bas de l'immeuble. L'hôte tjs disponible, instructions très claires. Si nous revenons à Paris c'est ici que nous re séjournerons sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup.

Très bon emplacement. Photos conformes à la réalité. Bel appartement pour 1 ou 2 personnes max. Bien fourni en électroménager. Accessible en bus et métro , juste à côté du parc du Luxembourg, magnifique. Rue silencieuse même fenêtre ouverte. Bon pied à terre pour un prochain séjour. Bonne communication avec l’hôte, réactif.
