Ziad and his family’s home was perfect for our visit with extended family and friends. The gated yard provided a sense of security, and the outdoor space was beautifully maintained. Ziad’s hospitality was incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for both short and long stays. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the La Défense Arena, as well as nearby markets, bakeries, and a variety of eateries. It’s also very easy to arrange Uber pickups and drop-offs, making it simple to spend the day exploring Paris. I can’t say enough great things about Ziad’s place—you just have to book it!

A luxurious place for little money. You are in a separate accommodation with a garden. The metro station is is a 5-minute walk away. The center is 20 minutes by metro. Very helpful host, friendly and unobtrusive. Highly recommended.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

This is definitely a place away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Quiet and peaceful. The house was absolutely beautiful. Listed accurately and the hosts were very nice and welcoming and held good communication. My favorite part was getting to feed the tortoises every day. Definitely recommend you to stay here and Paris is a short 30 minute drive away.

This home was beautiful and exactly as described. It was perfect for my family. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk to a cute coffee shop and bakery. Grocery store was also conveniently located. The only downside was the air conditioning didn’t work upstairs. Downstairs kept cool though. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay here!

On a weekend with friends, we had a great time at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor amenities, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the house had everything we could have asked for. There were so many great amenities we really enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, and pool table. The space was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group to relax and have fun. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

This was a great house in the Paris suburbs . Worked out well for our family of 6. Great kitchen and living area where we could enjoy our time and garches is a nice little town that we could walk to for bread, groceries etc. we enjoyed combining the suburban experience while still going into Paris everyday . Host Alexis was great and very responsive and caring.
