You really are just that close to the Eiffel Tower! Great place and view and very comfortable. Very easy to get to the subways or to catch a cab or Uber right outside. Walkable along the river and to just about anywhere you need to go. Also fantastic communication from the host making every part of the experience easy! Highly Recommended!!

The price, the location, the features and the size of the house are really good value for money. I'm really lucky to be able to stay in this house in Paris during the peak season. For example, yesterday was the Champions League final, and everyone on the street 10 meters away was celebrating wildly, but the noise I could hear in the room was very low (negligible).It's easy to go anywhere!It's just a 2-minute walk from the filming location of Inception (you can see the Eiffel Tower very close).As for the cleanliness of the room, the furniture is a bit old, but I personally think it's good, it has an old French style, the bedding is very clean. I like it

Very good stay at Aditya's home. Ideal location with easy access to public transportation, which allows you to quickly reach the must-see places in Paris. The accommodation itself was nice, spacious and well insulated. The small drawback would be the cleaning that could be improved but it remains only a picky detail. A hair dryer would also be a wise investment. The host was very nice and responsive, nothing to complain about. I would recommend this place for friends or family.

Great stay for New Year's Eve! We were looking for an apartment above all close to our families and we had the good surprise of discovering a lively neighborhood, with very good restaurants, bakery and convenience stores at the foot of the building while easily accessing the center of Paris with metro line 3. The parking space in the Residence is a real plus. And the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Thank you again to Isabelle and Juliette for the welcome!

This apartment is very close to Eiffel Tower, surrounded by various restaurants and coffee shops! There is a supermarket just in the corner, very useful. I really enjoyed the place. Michelle is always there for anything you need.

In addition to the accommodation being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

A very beautiful, quiet, comfortable environment. Room is big and very comfortable, shower is A+, only point of criticism is the bedroom, ceiling too low and stairs too small. Public transport nearby. And that bakkery! I would go there just for that bakkery.

This apartment has an incredible location. So close to everything and yet when we were at home in the apartment after time out and about in Paris it was a sanctuary with a lovely view. Having an onsite small washing machine was a plus during a two week trip. Evangeline is lovely to communicate with. We had no issues whatsoever. Loved our stay.
