Apartment vacation rentals in Hauts-de-Seine

We had a wonderful week in Alexandra’s very comfortable and tasteful apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a very interesting untouristy neighborhood, well placed for getting around Paris. Alexandra was very helpful. We want to return.

Best of locations to be found in Paris. Walkable to the Lourve , Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, cafes, and shops; easy metro and taxi stand. Stephanie's place was very clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Stephanie's was great in quickly responding to any questions. It's a great value, we were comfortable and greatly enjoyed our week-long stay.

Claudia truly went above and beyond as a host during my stay in Paris. From the moment I arrived, she greeted my boyfriend and me with a warm smile and a sense of hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. She thoughtfully brought over fresh, buttery croissants and a bottle of red wine, a perfect touch to start my Parisian experience. Every detail of her apartment reflected the charm and elegance of the city—cozy, stylish, and well-appointed with everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it was just steps away from iconic Parisian landmarks, quaint cafés, and cultural treasures. As I was in the city for work, the proximity to key business districts made my stay incredibly convenient. Yet, after a long day, it was also the perfect retreat, offering peace and comfort in the midst of the city’s vibrant energy. I can’t help but long for the Parisian life again—the way Claudia made everything feel effortless and unforgettable ❤️

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was super clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—so easy to get around. One of the sweetest touches was the little extras Suzie left, like beauty supplies and coffee (which honestly made my mornings so much better!). The bed was super comfy, and the pillows were amazing—I slept like a baby. The bathroom was spotless, and the whole space felt so cozy and warm, which was perfect after a long day exploring Paris. And I have to say, Suzie was an absolute gem! She was always in contact, replied within seconds, and made everything super easy with clear step-by-step guides. It honestly made the whole experience stress-free. Such a lovely stay, and I’d 100% book again!

A lovely flat convenient for our family needs. We love the patisserie opposite the location is great for exploring. The flat is larger than appears in photos and very well equipped. There is some road noise as it a busy area but the beautiful construction of the windows doesn’t lend itself to double glazing. We adapted after a night. Code to enter, code for key box so all quite simple to access.

We came back to the apartment with the location ~en rose. This was the second time in two consecutive years in this apartment for us. This time Inna met us, my last time it was Jean-Marc. Both beautiful people who felt personally engaged in making our stay a pleasant one. Being well acquainted with Paris, la plus belle ville du monde, this apartment is located inbetween most of the things one could want, in my opinion. Three metro stops in easy/very short walking distance, Moulin Rouge, Rue Lepic and La Butte as your closest neighbors. The Opéra, Sacré-Coeur and les Grands Boulevards in walking distance. Restaurants, shops, bars, a colourful street catering to fun for adults are part of the closest neighborhood ;) The best features are the gardens, entrances, the size of the apartment, Jean-Marcs attentiveness and its location in this beautiful estate, tucked away in magic Montmartre. La vrai vie en rose ~

Ygal’s space was great for our 4 day stay with my family. The view was spectacular, the garden overview and the Eiffel Tower as well. The space invited lots of sunlight with large windows, furniture matched the whole vibe of the place so well, and the elevator was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, showers were clean and spacious, and the living room was very spacious and home-y. It’s very close to lots of main attractions, great to take walks as the neighborhood is safe, and restaurants and Boulanger everywhere as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Amazing hotel, spotless clean and very comfy. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the shower is really advanced. Can’t recommend them enough ❤️

Great place and great hospitality / tips from Laurence. The accommodation is great, very well located, close to the metro and in a nice corner with everything you need next door. We came to visit Paris with our two kids and the place was really great for the 4 of us. I really recommend it. We'll be happy to go back!

Accommodation near metro 4 and 13. Arthur is very responsive and precise, the apartment is perfect for one or two people even if the bathroom is small. With Paris prices, a great solution even if it's outside the center.

Farid's place was fantastic! It is very spacious, accommodating 5 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Farid responded quickly to our messages and even allowed us to check in early without any extra charge. The beds were comfortable, and the pull-out couch was a great addition for the kids. The apartment was spotless and smelled fresh. There is also a large patio outside, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Another highlight is the peacefulness of the area; restaurants and a Monoprix are just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, the Westfield mall is about a 15-minute walk, and the metro/train station is also within walking distance. My family and I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Farid, for being such an amazing host!

Nice place to stay at Paris!

Perfect location, very quiet location, cute and a very nice place to stay. We stayed there with our family of 4 and it was just great!

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

The host Jay is very easy to communicate with and always responds to our requests quickly. He also allowed us to leaving our luggage’s at the apartment before check in and after check out, that relieved us a lot. Thank you for Blanco’s help for smoothly checking in. The apartment is spacious and beautiful decorated. Perfect location for sightseeing on foot, metro is just opposite the road. A bit noise when the garbage truck working in early morning. But overall , with the nice host and ideal location , it is a great experience ! Thank you for hosting us!

Our family of four enjoyed a weekend trip to Paris. The property's location was excellent, and communication with the owner was seamless. Truly recommend!
