You can go to various subway lines in just 10 minutes on foot. I heard that it is safe among the various areas of Paris. The accommodation is cozy and has an elevator, so you don't have to go up with your luggage. There are also plenty of good restaurants around. The Eiffel Tower is next to it, so you can't see it, but the scenery in front of you is beautiful. It was a nice place to spend time comfortably.

This is a great spot in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and super helpful, and they were happy to accommodate quite a late check in. The apartment was comfortable and the crib and high seat provided for our son were perfect. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower in particular were great. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.

Thanks to Alex, we were able to prepare for my sister's wedding with peace of mind. The accommodation is impeccable and spacious. Alex is a great host, very flexible and very friendly. I would recommend it 100%.

Perfect for our family - the apartment had ample room and entertainment (7 and 8 year old children), air condition and washer/dryer were great features. Easy access and in a really nice neighborhood - close to restaurants, parks, and the grocery store. And the host was tremendous - great communication and the apartment was clean and spacious. We would highly recommend!

The hosts were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Hakim and his wife are wonderful, friendly people who made us feel right at home. They were also very accommodating, we arrived three hours earlier than planned, and with just a quick call, they warmly welcomed us in. The apartment itself is quiet, clean, and spacious enough for 3 to 4 people. It’s conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, with a great supermarket right behind the building and several excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and absolutely worth it.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her home. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The location is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a glass of wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Lovely big space, easy access to shops and a couple of bar/ restaurants. Transportation to Paris was very close too. Ambre was really easy to deal with and helped us whenever needed. Would definitely visit again.

The house is well stocked (kitchen, bedrooms, etc). Great appliances. The location is basically good. 15 minutes walk to the train station. There is a bakery on the corner, shops are 5-10 minutes on foot. Our main pain was to walk between the floors on the narrow stairs (but in Paris there are stairs and narrower) and most importantly. The only toilet is just a masterpiece. You need to go into it with your pants lowered and backwards. Otherwise, you can't turn around and leave)))))) How could you make such a small toilet ?)))))) you sit with your face and face)))))). Speaking of the doors, the front doors don't close well. You have to adjust to them. It took a couple of days)))). And in general - good!!!!

The place is gorgeous, spacious and very charming. The location is great. Close to a big market, MoneyGram/western union is one block over. Pharmacy is in front of the market. The bottom shower was clogged. The Air conditioner was non existent until our last day. Host did bring in two portable window air conditioners on our last day. However, the air conditioners leaked more hot air out of the back of the unit than cold air out of the front. This made the unit not comfortable to be in during the day due to hot weather. At night we would put a fan in front of the open front door until about 1 am to blow cool air from the outside since the unit has only one room with windows to the outside that you can open. The host was very polite, inviting and a great person. Overall I enjoyed the place. If they can fix the tub and Air conditioning situation this place would be 10 out of 10. If they cannot remedy the AIr Conditioning situation, then at least remove it from the listing.

Fantastic space. Quaint and quiet. A perfect spot to relax in after the business of our days at Olympic events. Spacious. ACs in the bedrooms were a BLESSING during the hot spell we encountered while in Paris. Easy access to public transit. Able to check in early due to our changed flight schedule. Lockup and check in was perfect when we have a group of people who need different times and access to get back for the night! Saving this space for future Paris trips!
