My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

It is a detached, newly renovated building, including a garden, the possibility of opening a wine cellar and wine tasting. Standard for 4 people. Distance about 100m from the square. Ideal for families with children, couples, cyclists. Alternatively, you can put up a tent in the garden. Kitchen available (fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, capsule coffee machine). Parking directly on the locked property, possibility of bicycle storage. Private terrace with grill and seating, possibility of wine cellar, which is also part of the property.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für gesellige Abende am Esstisch für 4 Personen und entspannte Stunden vor dem Kaminofen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über E-Herd, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Im modernen Bad finden Sie Handtücher und einen Föhn. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und frischer Bettwäsche laden zum Entspannen ein. Weitere Highlights: gefüllter Weinkeller, Genussregal, Garten mit Grill und eine Infrarotkabine für 2 Personen. Nicht barrierefrei.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
