Førsteetasjen i en sjarmerende villa fra 1912. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men med tydelige spor av gammel stil. Huset ligger i en rolig blindgate, et steinkast bak rådhuset. Setter du deg ute i gården med en kaffe, kan du nyte morgensolen og synet av rådhuskuppelen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a toilet, sink with mirror cabinet and shower.
