Stølshaugen

The cabin is idyllically located with panoramic views of the beautiful village of Førde, the fjord and even much further. Although the cabin is located on top of a hill, it is located on a farm, where sheep and lambs graze nearby. The cabin has a distinctive character, is more than 100 years old and has, among other things, a large, carved Viking ship model hanging from the ceiling. The entire cabin was restored a few years ago and then got modern equipment such as a new bathroom with heating cables and a new kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

Hagland Havhytter consists of 2 cabins and is located north of the city of Haugesund (15 minutes drive) on the west coast of Norway. The cabins are located about 100 meters apart. Haugesund is located between Stavanger in the south (2 hours drive) and Bergen in the north (3 hours drive). From the cabin you have fantastic views of rough, untouched nature with heather, rocks and open sea. Treat yourself to a stay full of impressions and experiences with complete peace and quiet in a cabin with high comfort. Here you will find peace in body and mind.

The apartment is located in coastal landscapes in the middle of Stavanger and Haugesund and is an excellent starting point for excursions to various sights. From Skudenes in the west and Nordvegen history center at Avaldsnes to the Pulpit Rock in the south. Regarding check-in and time, this mainly applies during the busy summer period when we are at work. We need to get home and clean up before the next guests arrive. Skjoldastraumen is an idyllic and quiet place with the possibility of several activities and excursions. The place is probably best known for its saltwater locks that opened in 1908. The saltwater locks are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach at Notaflåt is centrally located and provides bathing opportunities on a nice summer day. Straumen school is also nearby. Here the kids can play and play football. If you drive to Nedstrand, you will find the well-known Himakånå. "Straumen er Draumen"

The living room window has a great lake view. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 3 beds: 1 bunk bed and 1 cot with a length of 150 cm. Please be aware of grazing animals outside the property. Free parking is about 150m from the cabin, to get up you have to walk a steep climb. A suitcase is not recommended as there is a gravel road.
