Great place by the water I really like it

Our Thanksgiving weekend at Michael's beautiful lakefront cottage in Maynooth, was an absolute delight ! The cottage itself was a spacious haven, perfectly equipped for a family vacation. The well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living areas, and cozy bedrooms provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The real star of the show, however, was the stunning lakefront setting. The serene waters, breathtaking views, with kayaking options across the lake were simply magical. The kids were particularly thrilled with the endless hours of fun, exploring the cottage & available games. Evenings were equally enjoyable, spent around the firepit. Wood logs are available, you just need to bring lighting. A word of advice for future visitors: it's best to come prepared with some dry/packaged food, as dining options close by are limited, considering especially during peak holiday weekends. It's the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories with loved ones.

Such a cute and cozy place! The lake is nice and quiet - perfect for a relaxing getaway! Linda was very responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. We can’t wait for visit Rose Door Cottage again!

Loved my stay here! The place is modern, super clean, and feels very new. Big windows with a beautiful lake view—such a great way to start the day. Kitchen was fully stocked, and I loved having smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room. It’s only a 15-20 min drive to downtown, and check-in was super smooth with the code sent ahead of time. Would definitely come back!
