Room was clean and cost. We had a bit of trouble finding the place at first but the hosts were super helpful and patient.

Great flat, excellent location. Plenty of towelsand spare bedding. Was a perfect stay for us and our dogs, just a short walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

Really lovely flat, tastefully furnished and decorated. Great facilities and comfortable beds - one of us slept on the excellent sofa bed which was huge! Peter kept us fully informed and up to date and checked in with us regularly. Brilliant location for De La Warr concerts and within easy walking distance of local pubs & restaurants. Highly recommend Peter’s place - we’ll be back!

Nicola’s lovely apartment was perfect for our small family. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. Nicola was always quick to respond, usually within 10 minutes! and nothing was ever too much trouble. If you stay in the top room, you will wake up with the most stunning view. I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

Beautiful property, very well presented. Great location, a few minutes walk from the sea, beach, nature reserve. Great pub and local shop very close by. Easy to park on the street. Close by car to Rye town.

This was a great find in a central location. The place was immaculate and is dressed to a high standard. It was surprising how spacious the house was one inside. It was really homely, peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely come and stay here again.

What an amazing find Barn Croft is! Rodmell is so pretty in the early summer - and we we were able to go on so many different walks right from the front door We got an amazing welcome hamper from Ali & Tim and felt at home straight away - they also checked in on us during the stay, which was kind. This eco home feels very cosy with lots of wood and natural fibres everywhere - just like the pics. The beds were comfy, the only sound was birdsong and everything was clean and user friendly as expected. The house manual was a great help and also suggested lots of cool places to explore. Angel the cat is very sweet - she needs feeding quite a bit, but there were plenty of instructions on her likes and dislikes. We found it was best to top up her food before bedtime. All I all we had such a restful time in the corner of Sussex and would love to come here again sometime.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Lisa was helpful and friendly in all her communications. We received a very comprehensive welcome pack with a huge amount of helpful information. There were also some lovely treats like Prosecco, fresh bread and breakfast goodies waiting for us which was a lovely thoughtful touch. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time , Joshua had great communication the entire time and my partner and I enjoyed a peaceful getaway. The hot tub and Shisha are a great perk, we hope to book another one of your properties soon.

Second time we’ve stayed here due to being in prime location and the Airbnb being to a high standard of cleanliness. Anmol was once again a very helpful host and even more so as we booked it with such short notice.

Ola’s place is wonderful. Private, clean, cozy. Worth every penny. Ola is a great communicator and left us very clear instructions on how to find her. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Ola’s place.
