Perfectly situated on the West Hill of Hastings, within walking distance of the historic old town and beach, this unique cabin offers a green oasis in the heart of Hastings. The Beech Hut (named for the Weeping Beech tree at the entrance) is a self contained one bedroom accommodation in the grounds of The Beacon, one of the most unique venues in Hastings. The Beacon itself is a family home but also part-time restaurant, venue, & arts space for the whole community, as well as a green wilderness.

The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Cute little medieval house in Old Town Hastings

A beautiful, quirky little Grade II Listed medieval house in Old Town Hastings on a picturesque road, a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and just next to Foyle's War location.. Home of Mark Eason and filled with examples of his art (including oil paintings of fish caught by local fishermen, which he paints in the summerhouse at the end of the garden). Two double bedrooms with double beds; there is wifi but no telly, just a cosy place to stay. The address is 11 Croft Road (not 9 - 11).

Beautifully located on the edge of Hastings county park 5 minute walk from the east hill & 10 mins walk to the old town. Wood burning stove & original early 1800s cottage features including a spacious kitchen extension. Nice views from both cosy bedrooms & plenty of natural light throughout. Cute & friendly kitten (short haired) comes with the house too - will leave food. (Please don’t book if it’s a problem!) Very quiet road with lovely neighbors & a village feel yet a walk to the beach.

Suitable for 2 adults and one child as third bed is a small sofa bed. A cosy studio space within our stunning Victorian Dutch-Gabled house, with its own entrance. Located a 5 minute walk from the beach in Trendy St. Leonards, it is the perfect place to visit the coast by day and chill out in the evening. The Studio comprises a main living/sleeping area and a separate kitchen with washer/dryer and shower room and also a small outside paved courtyard. Large comfy king size fold down bed.

The Stables - A Haven for Woodland Wildlife

Set on the edge of woodland our converted mini stable is a small secluded retreat set at the rear of the big barn on our smallholding. You may see badgers, foxes, horses in the next field, while birds and bees nest in the roof spaces outside the building. The view from the Stables and your own private decking looks onto woodland. Our smallholding has 9 pet sheep. Your own BBQ and fire pit in the meadow. And the option of booking a Massage treatment, yoga or Sound Bath in the Yurt.

The walking here is amazing and the cool, relaxed vibe means it's one of the most talked about destinations in the country.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Set back from the road, along a terrace of small cottages, this is a place for quiet and bird song.
