Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst van Johan en Marleen. Mooi appartement en alles kraaknet. Marleen en Johan verzorgen ook een hele mooie tuin waar we van mochten genieten. Als afsluiter nog de oven met keramiek van Johan geledigd. Verrassend mooie dingen gezien. Bedankt dat we jullie huis even mochten delen en jullie mochten ontmoeten.

Superbe séjour en famille dans le logement de Charlotte et Pierre dans le village de la Gleize , appartement au rez-de-chaussée très lumineux avec une magnifique vue dégagée sur les environs . Le logement est super bien équipé, décoré et en excellent état , préparé avec plein d’attention pour la famille (chaise bébé, lit bébé confort, jouets,…) Hôtes attentionnés et réactifs de la préparation du séjour jusqu’à notre départ ! On recommande !

Nous sommes venus à 4 passer un excellent séjour chez Jerome. L’appartement est grand ce qui permet a chacun d’avoir son intimité. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire est mis à disposition. Les photos sont conformes à l’appartement. Même si nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter les terrasses sont très agréables. Jérôme a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions avant et pendant le séjour. Il a été très accueillant le jour de notre arrivée et s’est adapté à notre horaire.. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l’appartement en centre ville ce qui nous a permis de profiter du festival des arts de la rue.

Wij hebben met een groep vrienden een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze woning. Het huis is heel groot, mooi en ontzettend netjes , alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Er was meer dan genoeg ruimte voor iedereen en de sfeer was meteen gezellig en comfortabel. Ook het contact met de verhuurder verliep uitstekend. We kregen snel antwoord op onze vragen en alles werd duidelijk en vriendelijk uitgelegd. Dat maakte het verblijf nog prettiger. Kortom: een echte aanrader! Als je op zoek bent naar een ruime en verzorgde woning om met vrienden of familie te verblijven, dan is dit absoluut!

Zeer nette en zeer mooie woning. Wij waren hier met 3 koppels om te wandelen en te fietsen. De woning was smetteloos en voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Alles is hier aanwezig om een aangenaam en leuk weekend te maken. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers die zeker ruim voldoende zijn voor een weekend of midweek. In de gang boven is er zelfs ruimte voor kleding op te bergen. Ook aan de kleine dingen is gedacht, zoals wasknijpers, keukenrol of tabletten voor de vaatwas. De woning is gelegen in een mooie wandel en fietszone, dichtbij verschillende knooppunten. De garage is ruim en kan gebruikt worden om verschillende fietsen te stockeren en batterijen op te laden. Achteraan de woning ligt een goederenspoor. Niettegenstaande dit een van de drukste in België is, hebben wij hier zo goed als geen last van gehad. Het zicht op de spoorwegbrug (Arcaden) is prachtig. Claire reageerde onmiddellijk op vragen en gaf tips wanneer wij er om vroegen. Perfecte gastvrouw !

Aangenaam verblijf met zeer vriendelijke hosts. Er zijn veel voordelen: Ruime kamers en leefruimte, de keuken is goed voorzien, goede bbq, ruim terras en tuin, rustige ligging. Een klein nadeel is dat het enige wc boven in de badkamer is, en dat de buizen voor de verwarming door sommige kamers lopen, wat 's nachts geluid kan maken.

wat een fantastische week hebben wij gehad! de omgeving is geweldig en toch heb je veel rust en privacy. we mochten gebruik maken van het zwembad, de kinderen en ook wij hebben enorm genoten! Sylvie en Raphaël zijn behulpzaam en reageren vrijwel meteen op vragen. Mocht je twijfelen om hier te boeken, doen! Zeker de moeite waard! vanuit de airbnb ben je zo in in steden zoals Spa en Verviers. 5 min vanaf Remouchamps en andere toeristische gebieden waar de natuur fantastisch is! dankjewel Sylvie en Raphaël voor alles! 🥰

La Quinta is een stukje hemel op aarde, weg van de drukte van de stad en alle beslommeringen. Joana is de perfecte gastvrouw, die je zo leidt naar de beste bakkerij of ijsjeszaak in de buurt. Onze kinderen waar verzot op de geiten, varkens, ganzen, pony’s en de (drachtige) ezel, en de volwassenen eigenlijk ook. Alsof de goed uitgeruste speelkamer nog niet genoeg was, is er in de tuin ook nog een woonwagen vol speelgoed. Het interieur is met zorg, smaak en creativiteit samengesteld en het is heerlijk toeven op het terras. La Quinta is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een prachtige regio en voor bijvoorbeeld een wandeling rond het kasteel van Modave en het prachtige uitzicht daar. Maar zou je La Quinta wel verlaten? Het enige minpuntje is dat ezelin Marie-José niet bevallen is tijdens ons verblijf. 🫣

We hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad met onze vriendengroep in dit heerlijke huis! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons meteen welkom dankzij de vriendelijke host die alles rustig en duidelijk uitlegde. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en lekker ruim – genoeg plek voor iedereen om zich terug te trekken, maar ook fijne gezamenlijke ruimtes om samen te zijn. De sauna en het zwembad waren echt een feestje, en we hebben volop genoten van de mooie tuin waar het zonnetje ons extra verwend heeft. Het uitzicht was prachtig en de BBQ maakte de avonden compleet. Alles klopte gewoon. Je merkt dat er met zorg en aandacht wordt omgegaan met het huis en met de gasten. Echt een aanrader — dank voor deze fijne ervaring!

Alles OK: alle voorzieningen voor een comfortabel verblijf. Wij brachten wel ons eigen koffiezetapparaat mee (enkel Nespresso ter plaatse). Het trapje tussen living en keuken/badkamer was wel even wennen voor ons (70+'ers). We waren enkel verbaasd over het ontbreken van verwarming in de kleine badkamer.

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de regio Genk. Bij aankomst ligt al heel wat informatie ter beschikking op de tafel én Ann is ook bereid tot het antwoorden op al je vragen. Het is ook heel kindvriendelijk ingericht, kinderen kunnen buiten spelen terwijl wij als ouders perfect zicht hebben op de tuin waarin ze aan het spelen zijn. Prijs-kwaliteit is dit een dikke 10 / 10 !! De kinderen bleven maar vragen wanneer we teruggingen naar het 'huisje' tijdens de terugweg. Dit zegt alles!

Es hat alles super geklappt, Raphaël und seine Frau sind nette Gastgeber, Fragen und Problemchen wurden direkt beantwortet und gelöst. Das Willkommensbierchen hat auch geschmeckt nach der langen Fahrt 🤗 Wir kommen gern wieder.
