Very spacious villa with beautiful garden and playhouse. Toys for our children (4 and 6) were already provided so we did not have to bring this with us.

the wellness facilities were great. Very neat Jacuzzi and swimming pool sauna were already warmed up on arrival. Great stay, we will definitely be back.

Superb improvised stay. Flawless, simple and warm accommodation. Very suitable for children. Fresh eggs and pets are a major asset, especially with children. The sauna and games area is another. Lots to explore in the area within about an hour. Host recommendations are the best. We recommend it.

Great family retreat in a big house with so many activities that we didn’t want to get out of the estate, we played until we dropped on the tennis court, basketball field, table tennis, pool table, super Mario machine, football table. We used both kitchens (so two ovens, two dishwashers), but the one stove downstairs (with 8 pits!). Bedrooms are well isolated so sleeping in silence, and ofc full darkness at night in this area. The apartment is in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the bus station. Lots to see and do for everyone. Nice and quiet and a very short walk to the hustle and bustle.

Had a very nice stay! We were only there for 1 night and came purely to rest after a hard day of competition. Wonderfully quiet place. We loved the beds. Everything was clean, tidy and fresh. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Laura and Jeroen. Everything was available and the welcome basket was a special surprise. It was especially great that we were allowed to use the bikes to get into town quickly. Jeroen's works of art have given the apartment a charm all its own. We will be happy to come back.

Ideal base for exploring the Genk region. Upon arrival, there is already a lot of information available on the table and Ann is also willing to answer all your questions. It is also very child-friendly, children can play outside while we as parents have perfect view of the garden in which they are playing. Price-quality this is a big 10/10 !! The kids just kept asking when we went back to the 'cottage' on the way back. This says it all!
