Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Harstine Island

A very comfy place to settle in for our trip. The ease of access to JBLM was the draw to the location, but the description, photos, and size was why we chose this booking over others. Gravity Coffee around the corner was an extra bonus! Everything was as advertised and we really enjoyed our time and felt right at home. Thank you!

Marco was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. Everything was stocked well with anything you could possibly need. Very nice neighborhood, private and quiet neighbors. They had games available to play and it was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Such a beautiful home. Michelle and her husband worked as a team to help us when issues arose. They were great hosts and it truly was a wonderful place to stay.

This place is so beautiful, well thought out, modern, private, spacious, very kid friendly(for real kids and us big kids too) and SO COMFORTABLE I almost became a squatter 🤣 (definitely just kidding) But seriously, I am probably going to be let down by any other Airbnb after staying here. We will most definitely be back! For anyone thinking about staying, stop thinking and book it now!

Great location. Communication with host was excellent. Our grandchildren loved the basement games; especially the air hockey. Beds were comfortable. Being an older house it is a slight challenge to regulate the heat. The upstairs bedroom was cool at night and the downstairs bedrooms were warm. The cleaners missed a few things but it didn’t bother us very much. But I couldn’t give it 5 stars for the cleaning. We would definitely recommend the house and we would love to stay here again!

Great location! Safe and peaceful within driving distance to anything that's needed and walkable to the train station and a few playgrounds.

It is comforting to feel safe while traveling. We were able to relax and sleep well after a long day of driving. We only intended on sleeping there as we had plans during the day with family who live in the area. If not, the place had some games, tv, and a safely fenced back yard we would have been so grateful to use. Communication was very proactive, helpful, prompt and kind. Thank you.

Host allowed us early check in and greeted us outside when we arrived. Place was immaculate but what impressed me the most was the amenities that was provide that i never saw anywhere else. Keurig coffee, creamer, sugar, ramen, oatmeal, soda, water, spices, cooking oil, toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste, floss,, shaving cream and razor, and even Listerine. It was like staying at Auntie's for a few days. Glad I didn't stay downtown and dela with high rent, no parking, and homeless people. Was only 20 minutes away so well worth the time to drive there. Glad I took the advice of the other guests and would definitely stay again on the future. Thanks Edith!

I would absolutely stay here again if/when I make it back to Seattle. The unit was spacious and perfectly clean with comfortable furniture. We never had trouble finding parking right outside of the front door. Alki Beach is all the best of a beach town with the convenience of being a 15-min drive into the city. It is a beautiful and quiet area, with plenty of safe sidewalks and paths along the water. Jay recommended lots of great restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away, and there were multiple grocery stores within a 5 min drive. Jay was a great host! Provided clear instructions for accessing the unit, great local recommendations, and was super responsive. Thank you for having us!

We so enjoyed our time! The view was beautiful and we spent hours at the waterside. We even saw two otters playing. We also loved all the beautiful art! We had such a relaxing time.

The place was beautiful and felt very comfortable and cozy. Near many places to eat and explore like downtown Olympia and also close to the mall and shops. The fresh fruit, wine, and cinnamon bread was an especially nice touch that really added to the overall warmth of the place.

We stayed here for a weekend as we were visiting for an event out of state at the Tacoma Dome. Not only was the location great and convenient, the parking was easy and there was everything we needed in the area! The home is definitely on the older side, but it was well maintained and charming. Had everything we needed for the weekend, and there was two pack in plays and kids toys available which was an amazing bonus as we travelled with two babies. The hosts were very generous with assisting with our parking passes and adding an additional one, and allowing an extra baby to come along last minute. Extremely accommodating and we would absolutely stay here again next event we are in town!

The unit was just like the pictures...even better in my opinion. Decorated beautifully, very spacious & well stocked. I was traveling alone visiting my son and his wife. I felt very safe & secure. I could have stayed here for here for months. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Travis!

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. What a great stay at Jeffrey’s place! The check-in was smooth, and the space was huge (so much more than I was even expecting). The amenities looked inviting, and the condo has everything for cooking and keeping things tidy. I would recommend the Fred Meyer in nearby Shelton for groceries and anything fresh you might want, it seems more accessible than supermarkets in Belfair. The spot was extremely private and peaceful, and having our own walking space and beach for the resort was a really convenient touch. Thanks again for a lovely visit!

This is an amazing view. All you need condo setup. Beautiful place. Easy access to bremerton and freeway north.
