Mindy’s a great host! Her place was lovely and great for our 7 day stay. Mindy also made of point of messaging us when we requested to book to let us know that we would likely hear the pitter patter of tiny feet during the day, which we did but it was just like living in an apartment and didn’t take away from our experience. The location is a short distance from downtown and felt very safe. Mindy’s had a bunch of great recommendations too! There was no issues with parking and we had a ton of space. We would definitely stay at Mindy’s again!

I stayed here for two months and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to have a short or long stay. The space is a lot more spacious than you would expect for a studio. The kitchen was well equipped (they even had Keurig pods available by the coffee machine) and the unit was well organized. Peaceful neighbourhood.

We had a very nice relaxing time. Everyone was friendly and very quiet which was nice to relax in a quiet environment and reset in nature. Thank you so much to the amazing host and helping us have a very enjoyable weekend.

Dave and Korilea are friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to. I stayed for a month in March and had everything I needed. You enter through the backyard and laundry room, and have a large shoe rack and row of coat pegs to yourself, just outside the entry to the suite. It is a basement, so the windows are high, but the lighting in the kitchen/sitting area is quite good with rows of ceiling lights on a couple of dimmer switches so you can adjust it to your liking. The place is not fancy, it's your basic basement apartment, but it's a great deal, especially for a long-term stay. I appreciated the full kitchen. Washer and dryer are newer models, shared with the hosts. The fenced yard is good-sized, which my dogs appreciated, and there are several motion sensor lights along your path if you come back after dark. Gwynn Vaughan park is nearby to walk your pups, or Island 22 Dog Park is a few minutes away by car. Bella, the resident dog, is a big friendly fur ball. Overall, a lovely stay.
