Our 1914 cottage has weathered many storms and stands tall with charm. She is well loved and lived in. We have chickens pecking, ducks waddling through the gardens, sun shining through our stained glass, spiders spinning webs, paint drips, palmetto bugs, an old swing in the front yard, cats napping, Spanish moss in the trees, and a screened-in porch to take in the beauty of a long day's sunset. Ant’s Corner is a cozy coastal retreat with a water view in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near Island Express Ferry Service and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum. Home updates done in spring of 2024 include- entire interior painted, popcorn ceilings removed and other drywall repairs, new ceiling fans and interior lighting, and more! House is stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities and other conveniences so all you need to do is show up ready to relax!

Located directly across from Cape Pointe Marina, you can put your boat in, fuel up, and be on the water in no time. The driveway area has plenty of room for multiple cars and boat trailers.
