Only issue we had, guys are avid fisherman, due to low tides and timing of such, we could not dock our boat at the house. Thankfully boat launch was 2 minutes down the road so it didn’t interfere with them fishing😊. Besides that perfect vacation, beautiful water, scenery, islands to tour and very relaxing time in the evenings😊

We have now stayed here two years in a row. We have an annual fishing trip that this place works perfectly. It is everything that is distributed and then some. What a beautiful place to watch a sunrise and sunset. Johnna is always very responsive and super helpful. What a great host. We will be back to get some more relaxation in.

Loved the house on the water. Waking up and walking out and watching the sunrise was awesome. The sunset was just as nice but a little obstructed by trees. The house was fantastic. 3 beds and two full bath made it very easy for us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook anything at home! Pet friendly and my dogs loved the covered porch looking over the water! Ac and heat worked great and was very comfortable. I would go back.

Seabreeze Cottage is a beautiful piece of paradise at such a reasonable cost! I brought my newly seven-year-old son for our annual Mommy-and-me weekend getaway, and the two of us had a blast! Scarlett's Airbnb is cozy, comfortable, pristine, thoughtfully decorated, and smells amazing. As a home away from home, it more than met our needs and was the perfect homebase for our visit to Harkers Island. Scarlett is an exceptional host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went just right. She left snacks, a sweet welcome note, and a bunch of BIG, colorful balloons to greet my son in celebration of his big day. She's incredible! She is also responsive, which means a lot to a guest like me. Harkers Island is far enough away from the more built-up areas of the Crystal Coast to feel isolated but close enough to be convenient to what you might need or during your visit. I am so grateful we chose Seabreeze Cottage and would gladly stay here again and again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The neighborhood is lovely and right on the water which made for nice sunrise views with coffee on the porch. It’s in a convenient yet tucked away location. Our kids loved the huge “meadow” aka yard and enjoyed biking + riding scooters on the minimally trafficked street. You can’t go wrong with booking this place!

Our family enjoyed the rest and solace at this charming home in Harker's Island. The backyard opens right up to the water, which is soothing. There is a Dollar General close by and we really enjoyed our meal at Fish Hook Grill. The Island Ferry to Cape Lookout and Shackleford Banks is very close by as well.
