This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
