Walk to fun restaurants and bars, including a local theater! This space is very private; shares a wall with my home, but we will rarely hear each other. No smoking in the house or on the porches. There we have a designated smoking area . While we love pets, this is a pet-free home. We have to be respectful of folks with pet hair allergies. Clean the grill & place the cover back, once the grill has cooled off. There will be a $50 charge if the grill is not cleaned.

It's eight minutes from the Atlanta Airport. 12-15 minutes from downtown Atlanta and Camp creek shopping centers. Minutes away from the Atlanta zoo. So many shopping places are near such as McDonalds, Bojangles, Walmart, Kroger, etc. NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS & NO SMALL CHILDREN (place is not set up for small children per there safety). Parking is free.
