The location is a part of an imposing building of the printing dynasty Papiervoß, which had its headquarters here. With the economic crisis came the decline of the trade & the conversion into residential premises. During the renovation of the building it was very important to keep the original industrial character, like the red bricks, the concrete floor & the floor-to-ceiling windows. The minimalist design allows the building's great past to speak for itself.

The apartment is fully equipped, incl. Netflix. On request, a regular cleaning service can be booked for long-term reservations.
