Our guest apartment is located in Hemmendorf in a quiet location on the outskirts. No smoking on the premises, please! In the area, you will find numerous recreational facilities. In the neighboring village of Salzhemmendorf, the Ith-Sole-Therme, a wellness bath with a large sauna area, is located. There are a variety of shopping opportunities for everyday necessities, several doctors and pharmacies, a hairdresser, a gas station, an indoor swimming pool and a riding facility. There is also a baker directly in Hemmendorf.

Centrally yet wonderfully quiet location is the basement studio apartment with covered terrace, garden and barbecue. The studio room has - all in one - a kitchenette, an electric piano, a easel and a very large table at which you can eat and work, with wifi. The comfortable double bed is 1.60 m wide, the walk-in shower and sink are integrated in the bedroom. A small toilet room is right next to the bedroom. Parking is available in the yard right in front of the house.

Welcome to our little Heidorn hut! It is located in Großer Heidorn, right on the bike path to Steinhude! Just a 15-minute bike ride from the promenade on Steinhuder Meer, it offers a 55 m² bedroom with a double bed & an open kitchen-living room. Enjoy relaxing moments on the covered terrace, including garden. The practical amenities include a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom incl. shower & smart TV + Wi-Fi. Friendly dogs are also welcome here.

In the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NO fully equipped kitchen) with sink. A folding sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-height partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

The property is accessible through a separate entrance. It is very bright and designed with parquet flooring. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, oven and fridge/freezer combination. A toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also provided. The room also has its own small bathroom with window and is equipped with a smart TV and free guest Wi-Fi. The apartment is quietly located and in the middle of the beautiful Weser Uplands.

The 40 m² 1-room apartment with its own entrance is in a quiet location in the Hanover-Davenstedt district. The light-flooded apartment offers a comfortable double bed, a sitting area with cable TV, a well-equipped kitchenette with dining table and two chairs, as well as a bathroom with shower. The journey by public transport is about 20 minutes to the main train station and about 60 minutes to the exhibition grounds.

Our guest apartment offers absolute peace and comfort. We are happy to host guests who can enjoy this and appreciate the loving decor. A horse farm with a small cafe next door, Lake Wehnser, the 18-hole golf course in the immediate vicinity and the proximity to the nearest train station (about 3 km) make the location interesting and attractive for recreation seekers, hikers, riders and cyclists.

The apartment was only completed a few years ago in the extension of a brick house and creatively renovated in 2020. It has its own small bathroom, a kitchen-living room with a bed and a sofa bed and a double bed in the upper area, which can be reached by a small staircase. After each guest, cleaning is carried out by a small cleaning company in accordance with the AIRBNB Covid-19 regulations.

They live in a green, scenic and very peaceful environment. Nevertheless, you are in 5 minutes in Celle, as well as on the B3 to Hanover (40 min). You can also reach Braunschweig or Gifhorn in 40 minutes. You can park your car on the property and are directly in your suite via the separate side entrance. You should not necessarily rely on public transport. They do exist, but drive sparse.

In-law in rural area

The apartment is located in the village of Groß Lafferde, in a central location on federal roads 1 and 444. Braunschweig, Salzgitter and Hildesheim are about km away 20 km away, Hanover 45 km. There are butcher shops (butchers) and bakeries, doctor's and dentist's office are available in the village, as well as a local provider about 2 km away.
