1-room apartment in the basement of a beautiful detached house. Private entrance, private bathroom. Centrally located, but very quiet! Just a few steps to U-Bahn [subway] line 6. In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). Studio167 is a tasteful studio apartment in the lively trendy district. With separate access, it is quietly located overlooking the green backyard and was completed in 2018. Tailored to a discerning trade fair guest and up to two city travelers, it offers a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful storage space, double bed & a shower room. It is in the immediate vicinity of the university, the Herrenhausen Gardens and a 3-minute walk to the U6, which takes you to the fair without changing trains.

Your oasis in the middle of Hanover

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

Come in and make yourselves at home! The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers all that is necessary for a relaxing stay. Located in Hanover's Ahlem district, which is particularly impressive due to its proximity to nature and Hanover city center. Bus 700 (about 50 m to the bus stop) takes you to the city or the main train station in 20 minutes (Limmerstraße approx. 10 minutes). The Ahlem train station is also a few minutes' walk away.

It is a newly renovated studio with lots of light. The studio is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Tiny House "Luna", by the lake with sauna

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Suite-Dreams Loft

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
