In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). Im großen, hellen Wohnraum gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile (aber KEINE vollausgestattete Küche) mit Spülbecken. Ein umklappbares Sofa bietet Platz für eine dritte Person. Hinter einer mittelhohen Trennwand befindet sich das Doppelbett direkt am großen Fenster.

Studio167 is a tasteful studio apartment in the lively trendy district. With separate access, it is quietly located overlooking the green backyard and was completed in 2018. Tailored to a discerning trade fair guest and up to two city travelers, it offers a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful storage space, double bed & a shower room. It is in the immediate vicinity of the university, the Herrenhausen Gardens and a 3-minute walk to the U6, which takes you to the fair without changing trains.

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.
