Great place and responsive hosts! This is located in the perfect spot, smack dab in the middle of King Street. Everything is walkable and there is so much to do. Loved it!

Love the complex. It’s was spotless and everything was in walking distance barely needed my car. I would highly recommend staying there.

Had a great visit. Enjoyed our stay. Only one complaint the one morning the gate wasn’t opening when called and it took about 15 minutes to get inside we finally went in the exit gate when someone came out. But I do believe there was a problem with gate as others couldn’t get in either.

This Airbnb was amazing! Very new and clean! The hosts were great, responded right away with any questions I had. They explained everything I needed to know before and during the stay. I would definitely recommend it and i would stay again in the future

Absolutely loved my stay on property! Super clean, walking distance to everything you can need, and super cozy, making it feel like home. Will be my go to spot for my Charleston travels!

I can't say enough good things about our stay here! It was my husband and I's first time in the area and we were there for 4 nights. The unit was spotless, comfortable, convenient, and very quite. The photos look exactly like the unit in its current state which is hard to come by on Airbnb these days. Bed was comfortable, couch was cozy, all linens were free of stains, hair, etc. The entire unit was spotless and cleaned thoroughly (this is most important to us when traveling). We had endless places to eat close by and only a short 10-15 minute drive to downtown Charleston if we wanted. Had a small issue with internet upon arrival, but StayDuvet was in constant communication and solved the problem on our same arrival day. Would not hesitate to book this unit or with StayDuvet again!

We enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s place in a beautiful location with marina views and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Bathrooms were small, but having two was a bonus with this spacious one-bedroom unit. Daniel was very prompt with answering questions and providing instructions for accessing this gated property.

Our stay was wonderful. Tim’s place was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities you would need and was in a great location. Tim was easy to communicate with and all the instructions were written out and easy to follow. I would highly recommend. Seabrook is a beautiful island and we will definitely be back.

Over the years I’ve passed this complex dozens of times and have always wanted to stay there. Patricia’s condo was so cute and stocked with everything you would need! Patricia was very informative and accommodating. My daughter and I had a wonderful few days at her place! We created beautiful memories and would definitely stay there next time. It was hard to leave!

Karen’s place was exactly as the pictures showed and what was described. My group and I had a lovely stay and would definitely go back again. Karen was proactive and sent out all the information we needed in advance and responded quickly and accurately to my questions!

This place was purely stunning! I had my bachelor party this past weekend and we all stayed in this beautiful home. The attention to detail was superb. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were plenty of games to play around the house, etc. The pool was clean and everyone enjoyed sunbathing in it. I would 1000% rebook here at some point!! Props to the owners for making everything feel so effortless.

We had a great time at this home and would highly recommend staying here! There's so much to do within a shirt distance, especially if you have kids, and the owners also kept some kid friendly stuff in their home for us to use which was a huge benefit to us! The home was very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay.

Very nice and convenient place, with a helpful host. Clean, airy, and it looks just like the photos. We had a very minor plumbing issue, as all places can have, and they were right on it. I would happily return.

The house is very comfortable and nicely appointed. It is an easy 20 minute drive to central Charleston and 10 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and seemed safe.
