Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hamilton County

This house was in the perfect location, there was so many things to do and places to eat within a 10 minute drive. The house was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great place to stay for the weekend!

Jenny was a great host! She was very communicative and responded to us quickly. It was really good to have such a fully stocked kitchen. We loved not searching for everything. Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and not cluttered. The location was very close to all the good restaurants and attractions.

My family and I (5 adults and 3 children) spent 3 nights here and couldn’t have been happier with this home. We had plenty of space and the kids really enjoyed the basement tv/play area and the bunk bed room. All the rooms were nicely furnished and decorated, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed and I was impressed with the quality of everything - from pots/pans/appliances/dishes to linens, paper products, coffee, etc. The location was ideal and only a short drive to most of the activities we had planned in advance. While there are houses pretty close on either side, it still felt very private and peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the main back deck, which had great Mtn views in the distance, and also played a lot with the kids in front of the house. Check-in and access was seamless, and Travis was proactive with communication and information sharing. All-in-all, this was one of the best homes we’ve stayed in via Airbnb! Highly recommended!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house! The home was very clean. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. It was plenty of room for me, my husband, our daughter, and our dog. I didn't do much cooking, but we had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. It was convenient having a washing machine in the house, which we did wind up using at one point. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and we enjoyed our time relaxing on the front porch and taking it all in. It is a very walkable neighborhood with lots to do within walking distance or short driving distance. We also found a fun park (Riverview Park) nearby with a wonderful playground that our daughter loved! We felt comfortable and right at home during our stay here. I would definitely stay in this house again!

We had a great stay at the Crazy Daisy! The home was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 full bathrooms. If back in the area we would definitely book again!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Lynn's place. It was exactly the same accomodations and the house was the same as they were the first time we stayed which was immaculate, quiet, we felt just like we were at home away from home. The only downfall was coming home after such a fantastic spring break vacation. Thank You Lynn for being such a gracious host.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Chattanooga! It’s a standalone house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was the perfect setup for our family. My husband and I traveled with our toddler, and it couldn’t have worked out better—she had her own bathroom and a hallway leading to her room that we turned into a little play area with toys. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made it feel peaceful and safe—great for traveling with kids. It’s also in a super convenient spot, close to a Publix, Whole Foods, and tons of restaurants and attractions. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Jenny, the host, who provided very clear and detailed instructions. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place, especially for families with young kids!

Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

Loves our unit. Adrienne was so responsive and listed several eating options and events that we may be interested in while there . So close to everything but quiet neighborhood. Porch was inviting as we were able to meet our other unit neighbors

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

We felt very much at home. It was peaceful and comfortable. I loved all the plants throughout the apartment.

An oasis among the trees while still being close to the city!

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

We had a fantastic stay! Logan was incredibly accommodating—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The place itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and in a great neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and hassle-free stay.

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!

We love coming to Chattanooga and this is the perfect area for us. Jarrett’s place was great! We’ll be back. We had absolutely no problems everything was great!

the stay was extremely wonderful with so many little niceties even down to the beard rub for a man's beard and eucalyptus for a steaming shower experience with a heated fan also in bathroom. Snacks and candy galore and seltzer water in fridge. Just amazing!!!, however I know her price is relevant with today's market but I think overall prices have risen so high that we are going to be looking for a cheaper way and it may involve staying at home. But that I don't hold against her personally, She is an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this to anyone in the area looking for an amazing experience and get away in peace. It's located in downtown so downtown life is to be expected but peaceful overall
