BEACH HOUSE BY THE SEA

Two bedroom House (and a sofa bed in the living area) ,20 meters from the beach. It can accommodate up to six person. It has a fantastic view and situated on the beach. A fully equipped kitchen, the house is airconditioned and it has a wonderful view from the beach. Outside it offers dining area with its purpose built barbeque and large garden. 10 minutes drive to the nearest village for shopping.

The villa was up to our expectations, the house is beautiful, everything you need for a good vacation, it was really very relaxing, the pool is perfect, 👍🏻 Elena is a very good host, very welcoming, generous, smiling and very good advice:) We had snacks waiting for us in the fridge for cold drinks, fruit… this gesture was really much appreciated by all. Cleanliness level was great 👍🏻 The house is very spacious, it is roadside but does not bother tranquility and privacy in any way. Neighbors are very nice too. The surrounding beaches are beautiful, really good restaurants. All local shops are a few meters from the supermarket villa, pharmacy, car rental agency, primeur... We would not hesitate to return! It was really ❤️ THANK YOU TO ELENA for your welcome, you are really excellent, 😍 we hope to visit you very soon ❤️🇬🇷

Nicos was a great, responsive host. His villa is spotless and really well located for Gennadi village. Within easy reach is Lindos, a short drive, as well as lots of other amenities. We had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to the villa. Our family and friends loved it.

Chalki is the perfect peaceful getaway and we couldn’t have asked for more with Marietta’s place. The design is very aesthetic and has everything you need. The location is perfect, a 3 minute walk from the ferry port which Jimmy took us to on arrival and that is where all the restaurants are as well, plenty of options as well as a few supermarkets! The town is beautiful and every beach we visited was equally as stunning. We loved that the whole island was walkable and the presence of cars was not noticeable. The only thing I would say to be aware of is check ferry times and where the ferry departs from. We had a lovely sunset ferry trip from Kamiros Skala and on our return we saw dolphins!

We spent a week with our kids at the place. Very nice, spacious house with great garden and private beach section with direct access from the house. Very friendly welcome, extensive culinary "first supply". For restaurants and shopping, you should ideally have your own car. Two small compromises: the road runs right in front of the house - depending on the wind you can hear the cars quite clearly, but with a little imagination it almost sounds like the sound of the sea. And the beach is a little pebbly

A clean big house with lovely grounds. Plenty of beds, kitchenware, towels etc Two bathrooms. Washing machine was very useful. Pool was great for kids and adults. Beautiful sea view and sunrises A little bright in morning with sky lights Definitely need a car, local village is 2 minute drive with supermarket and about 5 restaurants. 20 minutes to big sandy beach but stone beach opposite house was also lovely. Lovely welcome basket and cooked meal. We travelled with toddlers and large travel cots set up on arrival and shutters on all doors gave us peace of mind. Host also informed us could lock door of room with lots of stairs so very mindful of us having family. Thank you for having us

The Villa dei Fiori was perfect for our family holidays. The property is very good equipped. There is big garden and plenty shadow. We enjoyed seating there and having refreshing sea breeze with the view on the sea. The house is situated on the very short distance to the beach. The bay is very quiet and not crowded. Sea is great for swimming for the whole family. There are a lot of restaurants closed by. Our favorites were IL Porto and Stefano’s. In the supermarket Sofos are available fresh vegies, fruits and frozen sea food. Closed to the Sofos is available excellent butcher's shop. In other direction are a plenty souvenir shops. There was no problem in communication with property manager. The was prompt response on any question, easy check in and check out. Highly recommended! :-)
