We love the access to a beautiful and isolated beach

The blue villa was fantastic. Lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It was clear that the accommodation was well thought out. We enjoyed breakfast on the veranda because of the sunshades and evenings after the beach. The washing machine came in very handy so we only needed to travel light! Our hosts we very attentive. What a perfect trip. 😃

Our second stay in the apartment and just as good as the first. Wonderful location right by the sea and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment is light and airy and well equipped with everything you need. We had a very warm welcome from Pantellis (Angelos’s dad). We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, had everything we needed and felt like home. The pool and outdoor kitchen is beautiful. The village has lots of restaurants you can walk to and the apartment itself is so peaceful

We got well received. Nice apartment - clean and tidy. Clean towels and bed linen every day. Wished us sea view and we got that. Short distance (100m) to cozy city center - and many good eateries. Nice and quiet place, without noise and music. Really recommend Gennadi Appartements!!!!

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with two air conditioners that kept it warm despite the cold ground-level floors. The property is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The pool area is lovely, though it was a bit too cold to swim. The hosts were incredibly responsive, left us thoughtful treats, and quickly fixed a door issue. There's also a charming village nearby with a great bakery. We had an amazing stay and would love to return!

We had a great vacation in Villa Masseria. The pool is perfect, the apartment was spacious and clean, equipped kitchen, sea view from every window and the hosts are great. Stamatia was an attentive host, responded immediately to any questions and was very helpful. Scott attended the place every day, took care of regular maintenance and the cleanliness of the pool. The location is very good - on the one hand remote from all the hotels and busy areas, and on the other hand with a short 10-30 minute drive close to everything you need. Small supermarket 2 minute drive away, and a large supermarket 7 minutes away. On the less good side -Wi fi was weak and unstable. The nearby beach is not really suitable for bathing - rocky and difficult to access. But these are minor things. Overall highly recommend, would definitely come back if we are in Rhodes again

What a fantastic accommodation, perfect location and spectacular view from the balcony. Great communication by the host and we stayed 1 night but wished we had booked longer, we will be back to this place for sure!

A great experience on the beautiful island of Halki! Villa Praxithea is just a stone's throw from the port, with very easy access. A great house, with an incredibly beautiful view! Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Runi, who told us a few things about the house and was very friendly and discreet. She came every day to pick up the trash. The house beyond very beautiful was very tidy and clean! They also let us leave later than check out time since there was the possibility, but this is not considered obvious in other places. In addition, Mr. Iakovos contacted us to ask if everything is ok with the house. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant experience in Livadia! Antonis was a very welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated host. His laidback attitude immeadiatley got us into a relaxed holiday mood. The Studio by the Sea is small, but clean and provided everything necessary. Livadia is close to the port, has nice bars and restaurants and was the perfect basecamp for exploring the island by bus/hiking. The biggest plus was of course that the sea is right in front of the studio! We would definitely visit again.

We couldn’t believe the value for money here- Amazing!!! The apartment is so spacious and clean. We had two bathrooms and two bedrooms, and two balconies! Great Wi-Fi speed, comfy beds, washing machine on site, 3 swimming pools to choose from. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk and it is stunning and private. Supermarket, bakery and cafes around the corner. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late- but someone greeted us with the keys with no problem at all. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location. Regularly cleaned. Everything we needed for a few weeks stay. Lovely large balcony with great views. A list of numbers for local services would have been useful. We didn’t need a doctor but if we had, we had no way of knowing how to contact one.
