Μια υπέροχη εμπειρία στο πανέμορφο νησί της Χάλκης! Η Villa Praxithea βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το λιμάνι, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι, με απίστευτα όμορφη θέα! Κατά την άφιξή μας, μας υποδέχτηκε η Runi, η οποία μας είπε μερικά πράγματα για το σπίτι και ήταν πολύ φιλική και διακριτική. Ερχόταν κάθε μέρα για να πάρει τα σκουπίδια. Το σπίτι πέρα από πολύ όμορφο ήταν πολύ τακτοποιημενο και καθαρό! Επίσης, μας άφησαν να φύγουμε αργότερα από την ώρα του check out μιας και υπήρχε η δυνατότητα, ωστόσο αυτό δεν θεωρείται αυτονόητο σε άλλους χώρους. Επιπλέον, ο κύριος Ιάκωβος επικοινώνησε μαζί μας για να μας ρωτήσει αν είναι όλα εντάξει με το σπίτι. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

This was our second stay at Inger's home and it didn't disappoint. I cant say enough what an amazing host Inger is and it felt like our second home. The accommodation and setting were perfect. Sad to leave but we will be going back. Just wonderful !!

The home is actually 3 BR with the ground floor doing double duty as a “den”. This is a great gathering area that may be difficult to enjoy collectively if also used as a bedroom. Kitchen well appointed incl snacks. Beds were comfy + bathrooms stylish + utilitarian. IF you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The terrace looks out to the sea + village…and is right above the space where families congregate in the evening. Children playing, screaming, crying, parents “guiding”, balls bouncing until at least 10pm every night. One night until midnight. One night I heard banging on the front door and checked the terrace out of concern. I walked outside right into a young girl who had scaled the wall and onto our terrace to collect an errant ball. I am a parent and loved witnessing the joyfulness of the gatherings…just not for hours on end while on vacation.

Bellissimo appartamento in un piccolo edificio di bi locali. L’abbiamo trovato molto accogliente, grazie alla cura e le attenzioni che Anastasia ha risposto nelle piccole cose, con bagno e cucina essenziali ma soprattutto un piacevole terrazzino nella camera da letto. Purtroppo non è stato possibile attivare l’aria condizionata, ma l’appartamento ha una buona ventilazione e non è stato per noi un problema rilevante. Posizione più o meno centrale, comoda per raggiungere il porto di Mandraki a nord e Lindos verso sud, con un mezzo proprio. Abbiamo noleggiato un motorino 50 direttamente in aeroporto (20 min dall’appartamento), tuttavia consigliamo una cilindrata più alta per attraversare le montagne dell’isola.

Danke Stefanos, ein Trraum Airbnb.Ruhig,sauber ,zweimal neue Wäsche die Woche.Toll , Küche und schönes Bad. Urgemütlich mitten in Lindos aber Ruhig.Super Meerblick und die Acropolis. Supermärkte ,Strand und Tavernen alles zu Fuß möglich. Hatten zehn Tage im November Strand Wetter. Erholung pur. Wir kommen wieder!!!! Und Danke an deine Mutter ?, wir haben uns einmal ausgeschlossen und sie war sofort behilflich. Danke, Danke ,Danke.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Nikos Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Kühlschrank/Küche mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln ausgestattet. Nikos war von Anfang an super gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns Taxifahrten sowie ein Mietauto organisiert und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Auch kam er mal nach Absprache in Begleitung seiner Mutter vorbei um das Haus zu säubern und sie haben uns sehr leckeres selbst gekochtes Essen mitgebracht. (Kleiner Tipp: Falls ihr Geld sparen wollt mietet euch von Anfang an ein Auto, da dies im Vergleich zu den Taxifahrten um einiges günstiger ist.)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor Ort hat uns Pantos sehr herzlich empfangen und war stets bei Fragen etc erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und sah wie auf den Bildern aus. Für uns war die ruhige Lage perfekt. In wenigen Schritten ist man bei diversen Restaurants und Supermarkt, alles andere erreicht man gut mit dem Mietwagen. Auf der Terrasse gab es leider keine Möbel, sodass man diese nicht wirklich nutzen konnte. Dafür hat man ausreichend Stühle/Liegen am Pool. Das Bett ist relativ schmal, wir könnten dennoch mit zwei Erwachsenen und Baby darin schlafen. Alles in allem würden wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen!

What a beautiful spot! We were blown away by the location, the views, the beautiful apartment, which was stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean and so well equipped with top quality fittings. George couldn’t have been more helpful and was always quick to respond. The location was perfect - just five minutes walk to/from the ferry, shops and restaurants, and two lovely beaches with tavernas only a short walk away (12-15 mins). The swimming platform was bliss and the water in the harbour crystal clear. Thank you George for a wonderful holiday!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Ολα τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και αρκετά ευρύχωρα. Η αυλη ήταν πολύ όμορφη ότι πρέπει για να χαλαρώσεις και να απολαύσεις το φαγητό και το καφεδάκι σου. Όσο για τις παροχές είχε πραγματικά ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί ένας επισκέπτης. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful house at good location with great views. Very polite and accommodating host!

Betty is a great host, she & Mr Yiannis made sure that everything was made easy for our 4 night stay. We arrived after midnight and she was there to welcome us, provided us everything we needed during the stay, and even helped us after checkout to leave our luggage and wait at her sitting room. The apartment is exactly as it’s shown in the photos, and very well equipped. The only info that is not clear from the description is that the apartment is a semi-basement with a stairway that connects it with the main house where Betty and her husband live, ie not very soundproof. Though that didn’t stop us from having a great stay. Thank you Betty, we hope we are back soon.

Beautiful stylish home with great hosts and a fantastic location. Isabelle Et Francois were wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. Local tips were spot on and look forward to returning to both Symi and their place.

Die besonders ruhige und abgelegene Lage zwischen Hügeln und dem Meer war besonders schön. Das original griechische Häuschen war prima ohne Schnickschnack und die wunderbaren Helfer von Alessandro immer zur Stelle. Toll war es an fast allen Seiten des Häuschens draussen Inn der Sonne sitzen zu können.

The apartment is beautiful and the view is even more stunning in person. The apartment is immaculately clean, functional and has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Ioannis and his wife are extremely kind hosts very helpful, they also have a gorgeous dog called Ben. Ioannis was so friendly and nothing was a problem, he provided extra towels and coffee, gave us restaurant and outing suggestions. An amazing property at a great price. The walk to town took 10 mins, to the beach approx 25 mins. The walk home after a few glasses of retsina took a little longer but we enjoyed getting our steps in every day

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir sozusagen einen Privatstrand hatten und dass die Wohnung alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Es ist schon praktisch, wenn man ein Auto hat um Ausflüge zu machen oder die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gennadi zu erreichen. Marius war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr unkompliziert.

Wonderfully luxurious and modern apartment overlooking the sea with beautiful sunsets . Giota was very welcoming and helpful and a fantastic host . It’s in prime location to beautiful restaurant’s right in the heart of Nisiros Town . Will Be back !!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäften. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die liebevolle Einrichtung und die kleinen Extras, die der Gastgeber bereitgestellt hat. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Помешкання значно перевищило наші очікування! Ми були сім'єю з трьох дорослих і двох дітей- усім вистачало місця. Аура у помешкання ідеальна- дійсно відчуваєш себе як вдома! Тераса- це окрема розмова- ідеальне місце для проведення вечорів. Літаки... їх дійсно дуже багато, проте це зовсім не заважає спати. Приємно вразило, що було все необхідне для побутового життя починаючи від прального порошка, закінчуючи дитячим шампунем. Можу і буду щиро рекомендовати це помешкання!! П.С. треба відпочивати на Родосі з автомобілем.

Excellent stay in Lindos, lovely apartment, location is excellent for access to the beautiful little streets and restaurants of Lindos, close to a gorgeous beach, 5 mins walk, and close to the acropolis which is highly recommended in the evening. Even though our stay was shortened due to a flight diversion, Maria was very responsive and checked on our progress, all our queries were dealt with immediately.

What a wonderful stay. Firstly the location is perfect, about a 10 min walk from any ferry arrival and we were met with a happy smiley face. There is steps to get up to it, so if your mobility isn’t great - this isn’t for you. The house was lovely, clean and stylish with snacks to greet us and water in the fridge. It’s quite cosy so even though it’s got a sofa bed, more suitable to just a couple. The little hot tub was lovely and warm for us! Sitting whilst looking at the view is just utterly delightful! Symi is bliss! Perfect location for walks to any bars and restaurants, we ate at Panelis at the bottom of the steps and it was lovely! Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for a cosy place for two, it’s stylish and has everything you need with a great location!

2024 Kasım ayında eşimle beraber bu evi deneyimleme fırsatımız oldu. Ev tertemiz ve kusursuzdu. Ev sahibi bizim için dolaba atıştırmalıklar bırakmıştı ve ufak hediyelerle bizi karşıladı. Sezonun bitmesinden kaynaklı olduğunu düşünerek muhit sessizdi ve çok yapacak bir şey yoktu. Genel olarak çoğu yere uzak biz araba kiraladık her gün old town’a 1 saatte gittik sadece bunu göz önünde bulundurabilirsiniz. Ev sahibi eve ilk girdiğimiz andan her şeyi eksiksiz anlatıp anahtarı teslim edip çıktı, olası bir durum için numarasını da verdi hızlı dönüş sağladı. Ev başlı başına müthiş. Old Town’a uzak olması tek eksi yanı. Tekrar deneyimlemek isteriz. Her şey için teşekkürler 🥰🙏🏼🌸✨

This place was like a house and felt like home. The house was big and roomy. The beach was in your back yard. The terrace was big and comfy. Staff was very accommodating. Overall we had a great experience. The only thing I would add to this place would be a few more amenities such as salt/pepper, oil, dishwashing soap and more washer detergent (there was only 1 available for 5 day stay. We thank the hosts for a warm welcome.

Perfect stay with beautiful amenities! Within walking distance to beach/restaurants bars but still quiet at night. Couldn’t ask for more!! Thank you :)
