Very nice house directly at the beach. Very private, you have the beach almost only for you :) The jacuzzi was a great add on for the kids! A car is needed to reach supermarket and one of the many restaurants. Very quick and friendly communication. We had changed our plans due to very hot weather and the team made a later check out possible. Many thanks, we had a great time 😀

We absolutely loved the villa at Kritinia. Such a stunning setting. Claudia, Roxanne and Ana made us feel completely at home and were helpful at all times. We were a party of 11 with 6 children and they lived in the pool and on the basket ball court. We still had a room spare. Plenty of space for all. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Rhodes. Weather glorious at end of May. Close to a heavenly crystal clear cove (by car 10 mins) and walking distance from the romantic Kritinia castle.

Leo was an amazing host and the house was beautiful! right in the beach with umbrellas and cabanas available for shade. it's attached to a hotel so breakfast was included and it was DELICIOUS. the staff was super friendly and helpful. comfortably fit our large group and everyone loved it. highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near Gennadi and relax by the beach

Rania's house is beautiful and is located directly on a fantastic beach, at night in bed you can hear the sound of the waves. Right by the house there are several terraces and seating areas, so we always had the choice between sun and shade. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. All windows and doors have sturdy fly screens. The communication with Rania was very warm. She gave us many tips and asked if we still had any wishes. If you want to experience the quiet and original side of the island, this is the place to be.

Very nice stay at Villa Costa Gennadi, there were 6 of us, the house is very well-equipped, the proximity to the beach is perfect, and the location in general is perfect for those who do not like tourist areas, we went to dinner in the village 15 min on foot and the beach was almost ours (very few people, sometimes no one). We would definitely recommend this Airbnb 🙂

Great place to stay and Evangelia could not have been more accomodating. She was on hand if we needed anything, but also gave us that space to chill and do nothing by ourselves. The house was spotless, everything you could want was on hand. Lovely garden , patio area and pool, completely private. The sun is over the property from morning till night, so a sun lovers paradise. Local supermarket and vilages all very friendly. We stoked up in Lydl, just outside Rhodes. got the weeks food which worked well for us. There was a good size fridge freezer and if your a coffee lover there is an electric coffee percolator available to use. Great base to explore from, an hours drive either direction will get you from one end of the island to the other. An easy 30mins drive from the airport. lovely views, mountains one side and the coast looking towards Turkey the other., surrounded by orange groves/farmland. Would definately recommend staying here.

Gennadi Serenity House- Beachfront villa with pool

We truly enjoyed our stay at Katerina's Serenity Villa. The location was peaceful and private, with beautiful sunrise that you could watch from the beach close by, or even just from the top terrace without leaving the house :). Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small table tennis table, and the balls and toys that were readily available. We had our meals almost exclusively outside on the terrace, and enjoyed the barbecue as well. Everything was clean and comfortable. Katerina was very friendly and responsive, and provided us with a long list of dining options and activities to explore on the island, for which we are thankful. The basket full of fruits and other yummies was such a warm welcome, thank you. Also, I have to note that it is super convenient that the villa is stocked up on everything from tea, coffee and spices to detergents, cosmetics and first aid. Very very handy as you can enjoy your holidays carefree :). Thank you!
