On the upper floor, the owner resides; however, they do not have any access to the ground-floor villa, ensuring complete privacy for guests. 2+1 Stone House with terrace

Our 2+1 house is the largest and most spacious of our 4 equipped single-story houses located side by side in a 2,610 m2 botanical garden. For guests arriving by plane, Dalaman-Marmaris is a 1.5-hour drive. Marmaris Orhaniye village is a 45-minute drive. We recommend that our guests come by private vehicle so that they can see more places and have convenient transportation. The world-famous Kızkumu beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are grocery stores on the beach. You can swim in the sea from many bays a short distance away. Datça is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

It is a beautiful quiet bay between Akyaka and Akbük, a place intertwined with nature and the sea. There are 15-20 houses around you. It is a perfect place to read books. You can definitely see the stars in the evenings and wake up with the sounds of birds. You can lie down in the small mansion. The beach is very nice and secluded, the sea is clean, you can go down the 250 m path, there is a 100 m ramp, or you can go to the very famous Akbük beach, which has a waveless sea, just 5 km away, there is a restaurant, cafe, market.
