Such a beautiful part of the country. Perfect base for exploring on foot… with some great pubs within walking distance. We visited the Alma Inn - great food, beers and views. We also took the time to explore Mill Bank - there are many info boards as you walk around the village to help you learn of its history - past and more recent. Who would have known Big Daddy was brought up here. The property itself is compact, but has everything you need for a short break. Generally extremely quiet.

A beautifully renovated cottage ideally located for our visit. Everything in the cottage has been finished to a very high standard making it comfortable and practical without fussiness. Tracey was quick to respond to any questions and the welcome pack provided all the information we needed.

What a fantastic place to stay. We stayed with our two dogs and it was so cosy and super clean and tidy. The view from the windows were perfect too. Definitely recommend and would definitely like to stay again.

Really lovely stay, the cottage is a great size, nice kitchen and great table to work from. The shower has great pressure. The view outside from the little table and chairs is lovely and from the kitchen window. Charlotte and Ryan are lovely hosts, very friendly.
