Barbara is a top host. She makes sure the stay is perfect. All questions were answered promptly and very clearly. There was continuous smooth communication. The apartment my expectations, everything was sparkling clean, tidy and a feel-good atmosphere so guaranteed. I would also like to highlight the central location. The apartment is within walking distance from many points of the city as well as through various public transport connections. Thank you Barbara for the lovely stay and I would love to come back.

The apartment is very clean, the linen is fragrant, there is everything you need for a stay. The location is a ten-minute drive to the center and is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

Gorgeous unit with tons of amenities. There's a good restaurant and an amazing bakery right across the street. No road noise inside despite it's location along a main road. We loved this unit!

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a very nice and quiet location – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly impressed by the superbly equipped kitchen, where nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. A highlight was the sauna, which you can use once during a three-day stay – a great way to relax after a hike. The welcome was very warm, and we got a lot of helpful information about the surrounding area, hiking trails and climbing opportunities. A slightly later check-out and an earlier check-in would be nice to make the stay a little more relaxed. Overall, however, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back☺️

Mike is a great host and responsive to queries. The unit was very clean, tasteful decor, location is amazing just a couple of minutes from the tram station. Tram ride to old town not too bad with a 20 min ride. Thanks Mike for a very comfortable stay!

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean and the furniture is extremely appealing. The location is excellent. However, the address was a little confusing, so we didn't find the cottage immediately in the evening after a long drive as it was a different address. Still, it was a great stay, thank you so much! :)

really this house deserve more than 5 stars 🌟 it was very excited vacation the house is very clean in down town also very close for everything, restaurants, sights seeing, metro station and shopping area . the house inside very clean all facilities there 2 beds very spacious and the stuff very kids and helpful thank you so much LISA AND AMAD I recommend this house for all my friend and family I will back again next time to you again once I come to Germany 🇩🇪 soon

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

it was a great staying in the house, it's really cozy and well decorated, it has all you need and the neighborhood is beautiful. 15 minutes away from the train stations if you walk.

We had a lovely week. It was clean, the decor very nice, we had everything we needed. Kathrin was within easy reach.

It is fantastic, especially the roof terrace with the panoramic mountain view is absolutely amazing! The location is right in nature with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed time with 4 families with infants (1.5-4 years)! There was plenty of room for everyone and you feel right at home. For children, everything from baby beds, high chairs to toys is available, also a playground is right around the corner! Communication with the hosts is super fast and straightforward, they are always available, super friendly and happy to help out. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it! Amazing apartment you will feel just like at home! my husband and I after 30hrs of flight from NZ found this place particularly nice to help with jet lag. everything was spotless clean, was extremely furnished and really nice. Great peaceful area to be around.

Stay was modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Private entrance which is pleasant with parking at the door. Supermarket, bakery and nice restaurant/guest court around the corner which makes it pleasant.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

The view from the bedroom and terrace was breathtaking, with stunning snowy mountains in sight. The host was very friendly and the place was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was also a highlight, being fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Innsbruck.
